We visited D&Bs with a group of family members the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The games & drinks were half off! Everyone... had a great time. We might have a new pre-Thanksgiving tradition! Read more

Didn't eat, but we played a bunch of games! This location has lots of fun games we've never seen or played at some other... locations. Wasn't crowded or busy for a Thursday night either. Great prizes and great fun as always at Dave n Buster's! Read more

The biggest Galaga and Pacman I have ever seen! Shout out to Shauntie our server. We were a large party and had a great time due... in large part to her attentiveness. Can't wait to go back! Roasted asparagus was cooked perfectly! Read more

Came here Saturday night for my nephew's 25th birthday. I normally attend the one in Utica so this was my first time at this... location. The games were awesome and the food amazing! There we numerous children of all ages enjoying themselves. One concern Iimmediately had after about 10 minutes was the fact that a "shot cart" was being wheeled around as if we were in a night clubwith all adults. I have never experienced an establishment openly selling alcohol that close to children(except liquor stores). The employees were pleasant and the service was swift. We played the VR game several times, it was so fun. I would probablyvisit the Utica location again before this one only because I don't expose nor consume alcohol in front of my children noranyone else's. Read more

Alot of the games are down the tech on the floor said he can't figure out why what a waste of time and money. Kids and adults... come to play games that are down and techs are rude and not working on the units that are down over 20 gamed down and no hurryto be fixed. Read more

Like everywhere else, this place is not immune to the current staffing shortages. The inadequate amount of staff made this a... less than ideal visit for us. There was a very long line for cocktails, and although there were plenty of open tables, theyclosed the sections because no waitstaff was available to service them. We were very much looking forward to eating dinner andhaving a few cocktails, but it just wasn't happening this past Friday night. Despite the circumstances, the staff we didinteract with were great. We went on a Friday night. It was extremely packed (shoulder to shoulder). There were lots of games. My kids were very excited.... However, several games were "out of order." Between the body heat and lots of people, it was VERY hot. My husband, myself, andmy kids were sweating; it was uncomfortably hot. There was a bar and a restaurant area. We did not eat at the restaurant. Wewent for the arcade games. My kids played several games, and the games are fairly priced for a place like this. Games averagedabout 10 coins per game. I spent 60.00 for 400 coins. That was enough for 2 kids to play for about 1.5 hours. When we went tospend our "tickets," the store was also packed. We had 660 tickets. It was extremely unorganized in the store. There were signsin the wrong places. We looked around for about 20 minutes. My son found a little toy that had a sign that said, "300 tokens-squishy ball." It was literally a little squishy dollar store ball in a tin. We got in line and waited 20 minutes. We finallygot to the register. The woman working scanned it and said it was 4000 tickets. I explained there was a sign with it that said300. She said, "Well, too bad, the sign was probably moved like everything else in here. You don't have enough." I told my sonto take her over there and see the sign and where it was located. She said, "ok." She went with him and came back and said, "Isee what you're saying. It does look like it would go with that. But, no, like I said, it's wrong." The lady behind me had thesame item and said, "The sign definitely says 300-squishy ball." At this point, the worker had already taken the item from myson and returned it to the shelf. When she came back to the register, I was mad. We had waited in line 20 minutes because it wasso busy. At this point, we don't have anything to check out with. So I stood there and told my son, "Go to the wall and get asmall item. I'm not getting out of line and waiting 20 minutes again." It was honestly awful. The Read more

There are two Dave and Buster locations in Michigan. The one in Livonia is newer so I went to check it out. It's tucked away on... a little side road with an easy in and out and large parking lot with plenty of room. It's very safe and family friendly. Thestaff was extremely nice and the place was very clean. They separated the gaming area and the food area which is probably a goodidea because it makes it easier for families to settle down the children if they have to eat before going to play games. Theyhave a large wall behind the bar with multiple TVs stretching up to the ceiling showing various sports, games, and news. Thisplace is so new that when I went, there were literally employees building the hippo game as I was there. The place isn't hugebut it is absolutely packed with games. One thing I loved was that it had a lot of the games that the other location in Uticahad gotten rid of. Over the years, the Utica location being wiping out any games that gave tickets or prizes and replacing themwith video games that, well fun, you could just play at home and you cannot get any prizes or tickets from. This is usually howall arcades go. The Livonia location however, I noticed had all my old favorite games. They had the monster collector and themad scientist lab and tons of others that I had nearly forgotten about since the Utica location got rid of them. They do havetheir virtual reality ride as well. One other thing though that I did notice was that even though this location has more gamesto play, their ticket give out is way lower because they set the games that way. Perhaps it is simply because they are new. Forexample, in Utica the zombie snatcher game you can when up to 500 tokens in one puck. There's one 500 piece, 2 pucks if 250worth, 1 zombie (300 and help build the jackpot), probably about a dozen 100 pucks, and then more in the amount of 20 and 50.The Livonia one maybe had 10 pucks in total, none of which went above 50. So it's a trade-off to hav Read more
