My Husband and I went to dinner tonight Friday Night at Chilli's in Livonia. We had to wait a hour for our food. We arrived at... 7:55 food arrived at 9pm only to have my chicken fajitas to be completely raw chicken!!! As soon as the plate was set on thetable you could see it was raw. Well I was done after a hour wait to get food and raw chicken fast food sounded better. Wasn'teven crowded! Read more

I drove past the closest location to me just to come to this one. Every chili?s is NOT the same, and this one is different in... the best way. Great, friendly, efficient service. Food was hot and cooked to order. I have no complaints here. Shout out to thecooking staff that you don?t see in the back who are putting in the work! And thank you to my waitress Raquel for deliveringawesome service! Read more

What has happened with Chili's? They used to be a nice place to eat with good food. I remember the days when all the tables and... booths were full. I've been to 3 different Chili's locations within the past 6 months, Livonia, Canton and Allen Park and theyall suck. The service is pathetic. Only one person waiting tables while working the bar at the same time. The service has gottenso bad they only utilize the bar area for seating patrons leaving the rest of the restaurant empty. I don't know of anotherrestaurant that has to do that! You usually have a long wait to get seated, then once you are seated you will have another longwait to get your food because they are also short staffed in the kitchen. The food also has gotten bad. It's either not cookedcorrectly (over or under cooked) or not the way you ordered it. I don't know what Chili's is doing different from otherrestaurants like Red Robin, Olive Garden, PF Changs and Outback just to name a few but those restaurants don't seem to have aproblem getting people to work for them. I will never visit a Chili's restaurant again. I would give a zero star rating if Icould. They should close all of them. Read more

Don't order curbside because apparently they aren't doing it. I placed a curbside. They told me to arrive by 8:28 -8:33PM. I... received the link to check in. I arrived promptly at 8:27PM. After waiting and waiting and seeing countless ppl go into gettheir food after waiting. I decided to go in at 8:51 PM and low and behold my food was sitting on the shelf for how knows howlong. I understand being sorry staffed but if you can't keep up with the curbside orders turn off the feature that way customersaren't waiting on their food to come out that will probably never come. If I could give zero stars, I would. I?ve worked over 10 years in the food industry and I?m not normally one to complain, I?m... also not someone who orders takeout often from anywhere. I placed my order for curbside at 6:50pm, the estimated pickup timewas between 7:15-7:20pm. I marked on the website that I had arrived and was waiting in my car until after 7:30pm and decided togo inside because I hadn?t heard anything or seen anyone deliver anything to the other cars that were waiting. After goinginside, my first step through the door made me feel disgusted. The floor was so unbelievably sticky, my shoes were sticking toit, no one greeted me upon entering (and didn?t acknowledge the other 3 people that were waiting). I stood there and lookedaround for someone to help us and noticed there was one person who kept passing us and didn?t ask if we had been helped or not,she also didn?t have any sense of urgency. We could hear people full-on yelling at each other in the kitchen and as I stoodthere I looked around some more, the walls and baseboards were gross and the vents were covered in multiple layers of dust. After waiting inside another 10 or so minutes, the employee finally acknowledged me and just said ?name?? I didn?t hear them andthey said it again louder. I felt this was a rude way to ask for someone?s name for a takeout order. My experience was terribleand I will not be returning, I?m hesitant to even eat my food because of how unsanitary the establishment appeared. Read more

My Carne Asada was supposed to have black beans and loaded mashed potatoes as the sides. Instead I received loaded mashed... potatoes and a few spoonfuls of rice...like they read after it was already plated that there wasn't supposed to be rice, triedscooping it out, failed, and then forgot to go get my actual side of black beans. Photos are how I was received. Read more

When was the last time you've ever gotten a dish that looked even close to the studio-taken photograph of the dish? Rarely has... been my experience. I ordered the BBQ Brisket Burger, hoping to get a nice, big, juicy burger. What I got was something thatlooked better than the menu photo! LOOK AT THAT BEAUTIFUL BURGER!!! Okay, it?s a little messy, but that?s how a good burgershould look! The Southwestern Egg rolls were delicious, and without asking, they delivered it with two cups ofavocado-ranch! The bartender, Brittany, was working the bar and surrounding tables. She was amazing! Even though she wassuper-busy, she always stopped by at the right moment when our glasses needed a refill or we were ready for the next dish. Weenjoyed our dining experience so much that we felt compelled to ask to see the manager and share how pleased we were. Brittanylooked a little concerned, but we assured her that it was all good! Jessica, the manager, came up to us with a concerned look.We could see that and we assured her how thoroughly satisfied we were with our dining experience. From Brittany?s expertcustomer service to the chefs in the kitchen turning out amazing food. We had to share that with her! For dessert, we orderedthe Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie. We were cautioned that the skillet was hot, and the cookie was indeed sizzling in theskillet! The cookie was crispy along the edges, which transitioned into a nice, warm, chewy cookie that was easy to scoop alittle ice cream onto with each spoonful! Well done, Chili?s! We?re continuing to be fans of this establishment! Read more
