Service was ok. The food was horrible. I ordered 1 spicy Chicken sandwich and 1 fish sandwich. The chicken was burnt, very... thin, hard and very small. I bite into the sandwich and got a big bite of bun. The fish sandwich was very hard, greasily andcrisply. So hard chewing the fish hurt my teeth when I chewed it. SHUT THIS DUMPSTER FIRE DOWN ALREADY!!!! Ordered online for delivery. Mins after my food should be delivered I get a text... saying it has been canceled and to call the store, so I did...3x ringing over a min to voicemail so I drove up there to get my$31 order just to immediately be told it was already picked up for delivery. No biggie, this happens...except..it wasn't anddelivery time was changed to 11:30 instead of my original 10:30 time...so I wait till after 11:43 when I get another text sayingmy order was cancelled and I call again...total of 7 calls and finally someone answered on the 7th call and told me that theydid make it and it was definitely picked up...so I call doordash to make sure I'm not charged the $31 dollars thinking theirdriver just took my food....EXCEPT...checkers cancelled my order they found out and when they tried to call the store...shocker no one answered This store has been flaming garbage for yrs that seems to only staff the laziest unmotivated workers that godforbid you actually disturbed their quality cell phone time with orders from their menu. Corporate just needs to shut thisworthless store down or fire everyone that works there from management down and staff it with people not afraid to actually dothe damn job they applied for and treat people like human beings and not as garbage disturbing their kiddy play time. Ordered a #3 ($9.99) and 2 cheeseburgers add bacon and a medium tea. Total came out to $26 which I didn't know until looking at... the receipt also found out I was charged for 3 cheeseburgers and only received 2. Tried calling but no answer so I went backinto drive thru line and waited another 10 minutes or so. Apparently because I said #3 and did not specify a size they gave me alarge meal for $14. I was refunded $6 and had to give my drink back for a small. No price break down on the receipt so I'mpretty sure I was charged for each item individually. The burger for my meal was listed first then the cheeseburgers and thenthe drinks. Very disappointed in the service and the fact I was charged for a large meal but was not asked if I wanted a largeor not. I feel like I've been completely ripped off and will never go back. Read more
Pull up to pick up my online order...doors locked....call to ask for it....guy picks up and says we're closed twice. Told him... I'm sitting outside, I see you inside and there's cars in the drive thru. He just hung up. Came to the door and made sure it waslocked lol. Annnnnd as soon as I got thru the line to the window she handed me my food without my shake, said have a good day.I said I ordered a large strawberry shake as well. She looked at me and immediately said oh we don't have that then turnedaround before I could say anything and started to make one.
