Placed a mobile order at 6:50pm on a Saturday. The place clearly appeared open and the app suggested the same. No one... answered at the drive through speaker and I couldn?t see anyone inside. A few minutes later I get a receipt and confirmationmessage ?that my order was received.? Came back 2 hours later and this time someone actually said they?re closed and confirmedthey ?open? when I placed the order and would need to be refunded through the app. Good news is there?s a now hiring sign onthe window. Did app order, ordered milkshake, whoppers and fries, get there they don?t have milkshakes. App should of said not available... cause it?s the only reason I placed order, burgers were cold and didn?t looked cooked all the way, had to cook them more, frieswere cold and also didn?t seem cooked all the way. App should give option to add cheese. Read more

Started coming here after the 7 & Middlebelt store screwed up more times than I could handle. This store seems to be doing OK:... reasonably friendly, fast, and free of botched orders. Basically everything one wants in a fast food restaurant. Read more

I am a vegetarian and the reason I would go to Burger King is for the Impossible Burger. However, this location is ALWYS "out"... of the impossible patties. Today, they were AGAIN out the patties AND pickles!!! I don't understand how they are always out ofthe items advertised on the menu. I will not ever go back to this location!! there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why I just sat in the drive thru and watched cars in the drive thru get served by an employee ?... and after sitting for another 15 minutes waiting to be spoken to over the speaker we noticed the place has been closed down. myhusband saw an employee leave but why wouldn?t that person tell us they?re closed or closing!? It is 8:40pm on a Mondayafternoon (6/20 to be exact) please work with and train staff in common courtesy to not waste peoples time, because that wasuncalled for!! Read more

These folks are maintaining flow in a way that I truly hope the owner and store manager appreciate. At a time when most fast... food drive through window staff are not particularly skilled, this group handles their business with a great deal of respect,accuracy, and professionalism. The food is Burger King grade A - well cooked, buns toasted and not stale, condiments appliedwithout making a disaster of the sammich. Also, based on the color of my onion rings, they are doing a great job keeping up withtheir fry cooker upkeep routine. Nice job y'all! Read more

I normally don?t go to Burger King but since I haven?t been in a while I thought I would go today. I get home and thank God I... checked my sandwich and there I found some type of nail in my sandwich. I called the location so it wouldn?t happen to someoneelse and was put on hold and never addressed . This is a serious matter and I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever againat any location!!
