Last week I stopped on my way to work for breakfast. Croissant sandwich was cold, potato rounds were warm-not hot. Today, a... week later I stopped again to give them a 2nd chance. Sign says they open at 7am, I sat in drive thru for literally 5 minutesand no acknowledgement of being there. Lights were on, so somone was inside. Next time I will try Dunkin Donuts next door. The best burger king within miles. It?s a shame they have a bad overall review but I?ve been going to this location for a year... now and every time I?m treated with respect for all my outrageous requests and the food comes out fresh and fast. Lots of attitude when I asked for napkins in the drive thru, no signs on the lobby door saying that the lobby was closed
As soon as we pulled up to the drive thru speaker they told us that they were short handed so it could take a little longer. We... were fine with that and went ahead and ordered. I just left burger king. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal with a strawberry shake ( the shake machine was down) so I got... a coke to drink. Then also 2 whoppers (2 for $5.00). I get to the window and pay on my card since I have no cash. After I pay Iforgot to ask for ranch for my fries. I don't like ketchup which burger king gives for free. So I asked for 1 ranch. She says "that will be $.25". Well I already paid $14.30 for the food and so I said " nevermind". Then she tried to give it to me sayingshe would pay for it so I refused it. Now it's only 7:50pm on a Wednesday night and no shakes and then charge me a quarter forranch when I didn't ask for anything extra, no special orders nothing. Crazy. I won't be going back that was so rude. Here is myreceipt for proof of my food. My fries were cold and tasted horrible as soon as I got them handed to me.
