It?s exactly 11:45 am and I?m standing right outside this location with my nephew & niece. Walked up to a locked door and a sign... that says ?training new employees.? After reading this pathetic note we look in and see a bunch of people walking around eatingice cream staring at us pulling on the door. We love Baskin Robbins ice cream but we will not be going to this location on Farmington Rd. again. I have had a negative... experience taking my grandkids there a few times now. We kept going back because it?s the closest to home, but no more. The lasttime we were there it was 90 degrees outside and still no inside tables. The manager gave a reason that made it clear she is notvery concerned for her customers. Today the grandkids wanted ice cream but still no tables. I asked the person working there andshe said they?ve had problems with customers so no tables. I politely asked her to mention to her manager that there are alsodecent customers who would like to see tables there again. She started to argue with me. I told her please just pass it along toher manager. Almost nine dollars for cones and get tested like trash. No more?they are clearly not a customer centered business. Read more
