I love Chick-fil-A and the food is always great, but this location does something that absolutely grinds my gears: they do not... refrigerate the Salad dressings. Why?? Salad dressing is supposed to be COLD, not room temperature. Can y'all please rectifythis issue? I know I'm not the only customer who has experienced this problem. Ordered online & picked up at window. Always fast, reliable and friendly! Oh and the frozen lemonade OMGOODNESS ?. It tastes... like this icebox lemon pie that my mom made ... I use the app to order ahead. They have not messed up an order yet. Definitely friendly. The only complaint I have, is when... standing at the counter for a refill or to ask for sauce, I always have to say "sir", or "miss", to get someone's attention. Read more
Well it is becoming a constant problem of the staff not placing all of your order in the bag.. 4 Times now this has happened..... They drive through is now no longer operating like others.. In the morning's it works like any other drive through pulling up toa menu placing your order So make sure you check. your order before leaving.. I used to brag on this place always being the 1place that got it right without issues. Now they have dropped the ball to many times for me to waste time in line and then haveto worry about getting all I paid for. This was my first visit to the Chick-Fil-A in Livingston, TX. We went at the lunch time rush. Despite being super busy the... workers were friendly and moved the line through efficiently. Our food was hot fresh and made to order. We had chicken nuggets,chicken strips, waffle fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be goingback to this Chick-fil-a restaurant in Livingston. Read more
Nicest Chick-fil-A I?ve been to so far. Staff was very friendly (they are everywhere though), restaurant was in tip top shape.... Super clean, tidy and in pristine condition. Food came super quickly and after eating someone came to take our tray away.Toilets were super clean too. Great experience! Read more
