No hostess when you come in. Place looked closed. Then had the bartender working as a waiter. Bartender was bit odd. Messed... up our order and took forever to get the check. Not the best experience. Everyone working there seemed like they didn't wantto be there. I don't understand people that work in customer service jobs but then have no customer service skills or basicsocial skills for that matter. Went here for lunch 2 days ago and was pretty disappointed with my experience. Almost immediately after being seated the... waitress was trying to take our order, we asked for more time, then she came back we ordered. Food came, I got med rare sirloinand fried shrimp combo with baked potato. My steak was cooked perfectly, but the shrimp was extremely salty. My baked potato wasok, but I wanted more butter for it. Waitress never came to check on our table. She just sat at the bar talking with her coworkers. After maybe 10-15 minutes she finally came over but had a box for me so I didn?t bother to ask and just took my food togo. I used to love outback but it?s not the same unfortunately. Read more
I ordered the filet mignon med rare that was beautifully pictured in their menu, but what I received was a dry well done flat... iron steak or something, but it is NOT a filet. They tried to tell me it was, but that they have to flatten it to get theweight (6 or 8oz), huh? And that it shrinks when you cook it,,, I have never heard of flattening a steak! They comped my dinnerbut I will never go there again if the steaks are going to be looking like that! Service was good other than the hostesswearing street clothes and tie dye hoodies.. Great meal here with my family. We were all very happy with our steaks and drinks. Service was great too! Honestly I'm not a big... chain food restaurant person and I was greatly impressed with everything here!!! Recently came in with my family to enjoy dinner this weekend and the service was amazing. There were three hosts and they were... all so nice. Our visit to Outback was uneven. The service was outstanding - Our server Morgan was friendly and efficient. Definitely the high... point of our visit. Our food was okay. The drinks,sides and desserts were great, but our entrees were all over-cooked. Eachsteak was done one degree more than it was ordered. Outback is a steak house. They should know how to cook a steak. We'll beback, but hopefully the cooks will take a lesson from this. Read more
