The food was pretty good. They did not give us gravy for our mashed potatoes. That was disappointing.

Two or three times a year we decide to get KFC, and this is the nearest store to our home. But every time we go there we are... disappointed. Today one of our pieces of Extra Crispy was definitely Original Recipe. The two pieces that were Extra Crispy (asordered) were terribly dry, we presume overcooked. We had to repeat our order after they had already taken it from us via thedrive-thru kiosk, which was more amusing than irritating. But the sign said a #3 is supposed to be $8.99, and since there is 8%sales tax here I knew it would fit in a $10 bill, so I was taken aback when they told me the total was over $10. We had to beinsistent to get the right price, and they seemed very confused. We're DONE with this store! From now on we go to the nextclosest store, which I think is owned by a different franchisee. If Colonel Sanders came back to life and visited this one, Ithink he'd have a heart attack. Read more
Doing doordash, both orders are supposed to be ready before 8pm. It's now after 8pm, and the order is almost done at 8:10.... Horribly slow service here. Cutting into my schedule, and deliveries being on time. Read more
Once again they were a disappointment. You made me wait and then forgot my fries and the receipt I specifically asked for. ... Then made me wait again to get the receipt. This is not the first time I've had issues here. Bit it will be the last time. Too bad the district manager does not care. This store is a mess. All the meals we ordered were underwhelming. Ordered a wings meal, the chicken wings have almost zero meat. They look like... already eaten wings that were battered and fried again. Pickles were forgotten on both of the chicken sandwiches. Read more
We ordered the 8 piece $20 fill up bucket. We asked for original recipe. What we received was a bucket mixed with extra crispy... and original. Two of the pieces of chicken were so small they basically consisted of skin and bones. Together they wouldn't bethe equivalent of one piece. Our napkins were stuffed in our bag so poorly that we debated on whether or not they were used.It's like they knew our entire order was going to be disappointing so they didn't want to change course by giving us goodnapkins. Waited 10 minutes for any service. Employees can't speak. Food was wrong. Charged wrong. Had to wait 20 minutes to get the... correct food. This location is absolutely horrible. Other ones in the area can do better Edit 11/29 : This franchise will nothonor sales or coupons if they decide they don't want to. Other restaurants in the area will but this one doesn't. Whenconfronted about this the employee got an attitude. Employees also don't seem to know what's on the menu because they can't makea complete order.
