Great food cooked perfectly and great service from the employees. I really like the double cheeseburger with fried onions and... ketchup, I think it is an awesome Burger just the right combination of things on it, not too much. Best burger around. The friesare really great too very fresh Idaho potatoes are used and fried in 100% peanut oil. I highly recommend going there if you'repassing by and haven't been in there you definitely have to give it a try, you will not be disappointed. Stopped by this location and like most Five Guys establishments I was pleased. The staff is always friendly and patient with... people selecting what they want to eat. The cooks do an amazing job at preparing the food you order. The ingredients areextremely fresh. And the place was very clean. I will say you will spend a bit more money here than other places however whatyou get in return is well worth the difference. If you haven't been to this place I suggest you go and try a burger and somecajin fries also treat yourself to a thick shake. Just went again and they actually will make a five patty burger. Let me tell you this... First off, we love Five Guys. It's pricey, but I don't care. I love every location, and I've been to... many!! This 'new' store, hands down, is THE BEST!!! We made the mistake of stopping during a Friday night dinner rush. We hadtwo parties before us that hadn't ordered yet. Literally placed our order within five minutes of walking in! The place waspacked!! People were getting their orders in a matter of minutes!! This location was fully staffed and not one staff memberwasn't on their A game. Our order came up within 8 minutes from the time we ordered. PHENOMENAL SERVICE FROM EVERY EMPLOYEE. Theminute a table left, someone immediately cleaned it. Yall definitely deserve 10 STARS. Great location for Five Guys on Rt31 right by all the big shopping plazas. Small dining are but they move our orders very... quickly. Brand new, is always friendly and clean. The plaza is accessible from the Lowe?s/Hobby Lobby main entrance. Bestfries and burger for a fast food establishment. Read more
We had a great lunch today at the Clay Five Guys. Lots of people to help, order taker was knowledge, food was fresh and Burger... was juicy and delicious. Fries were real Idaho potatoes and very good. Would love them to add option for ranch dressing or maybeeven an egg. Some kind of discount or loyalty program would be great as well, so we could afford to come more often. This place has the slowest, worst service out of any other Five Guys I?ve been to. The lady who I assume was the manager seemed... extremely rude and condescending to the younger workers. Not only that, but they think that just because they go to the backthat customers can?t hear them. I heard so many profanities, including but not limited to racial slurs.
