Tried this place twice last week with my kids. Service was VERY slow in store, there were at least three employees but they just... couldn't keep up with in store and online orders. About 10 min wait in line and other 15 mins for two drinks. A few days laterused an order ahead app and showed up 25 mins later per app and upon arrival app said order ready, however only one drink wasready, wait another 20 mins for 3 more drinks and the employee was still trying to hand me someone else's drink. 1. The staff member was rude. 2. Apparently, all drinks come in cold, even the latte, unless specified at the time of placing... the order. Meh. 3. They made my latte hot. BY GOD, it was neither hot nor cold. It made me vomit. 4. I asked for the sugar, thedude said it's already in it. $&#(+. What barista mixes sugar in the latte? Damn it, and it was extremely sweet, like sugarcanejuice. 5. I waited for 24 mins for my latte. Extremely slow service. I am very mad. It was the yuckiest latte I ever got from$6. The coffee is terrible, like drinking pure syrup with a splash of coffee flavor. Weak, watery, and wayyy too much sugar. The... smoothies are made with artificial colored syrups, not real fruit. Fruit teas have no fruit bits? Basically, quality is cheapand price is high. An added insult was the owner kept messing up a basic order. I will never go here again - went here for the 1st time today and I can't believe how rude one of the staff members was from the... moment we walked in. 15 people in the establishment and the cashier yelled at us to put masks on. We clearly didn't see the thenote on the door but to be THAT upset and yell at us in front of so many, was unprofessional. Being it was our first time therewe were so embarrassed because we weren't aware that it was still a requirement to put masks on and if not you get yelled at fornot having done so. Then when ordering, my daughter didn't know what she wanted (again, first time here) and the cashiercouldn't control her rudeness. Instead of being polite she had an attitude because we ordered the wrong Boba item. She treatedus like were were an inconvenience vs being a customer. She also couldn't hear my daughter when she ordered so my daughter pulled her mask away from her mouth (still on and covering) and the cashier told her to put her mask on. I would have walked outshe was so rude but we were there with friends and I didn't want to make a scene. I went to pay and noticed it asks for tips andthey had one that said "wow" (as in wow, great service) and that was a 20% tip. That's what I gave her, a "wow" not because shedeserved it but because "wow" you treat your customers so horrible and not welcomed that I just said it outloud, "wow" to make apoint. I give it two stars because the food and drinks here are actually good. However when I first walked into the establishment, I... was not greeted. All three workers inside looked at me, but didn?t speak at all. After waiting 10 minutes, someone who seemedlike they hated their job finally greeted me. Fast forward, the following multiple people after me were greeted immediately withenthusiasm and were also offered a stamp card, which I wasn?t even offered. I've visited every bubble tea place in Livermore, and this is the best. Toothsome but tender boba, fresh tea, friendly, accurate... service, low prices, and a bright, comfortable setting. Who could ask for more? The tonkatsu ramen is decent, but my favorite isthe fried tofu bowl. Would prefer actual plates to plastic, but it is very easy to take to go. Cool thing about T4 is they make their Taiwanese-style milk teas & iced teas by how much ice and sugar YOU want. First time ever... experiencing this kind of option in an Asian bubble tea place! Makes total sense when you think about it and much MORE healthiertoo! T4's extensive Chinese snack menu is awesome. Freshly made - not sitting under a heat lamp. They will ask you how spicyyou want for certain items. Plus they also have additional condiments if you want to add more after you get your snackorder. Two of T4's most popular snack choices are the Egg Puff and Basil Fried Popcorn Chicken (order it - spicy). Both areserve made-to-order, piping hot and are very addicting to eat. The Egg Puff is like eating a buttery eggy-tasting, hollowedout, Belgian Waffle that you tear a part with your hands. The deep fried Basil Popcorn Chicken is lightly battered with Panko,which gives it a crunchy, airy texture. The taste reminds me of eating a spicy basil flavored Tonkatsu. Staff is friendly andwilling to help make menu suggestions. Place is super clean, bright with music videos playing on the wall monitors. This place has amazing food and drinks but mostly great service. I went to here and I accidentally left my phone and wallet... there. Once I got back home I was panicking because I couldn?t find my phone nor my wallet. When I went to find my iPhone I sawthat it was in the T4 I was at. I called the store and they said that they had my phone and wallet and even charged my phone forme since it was out of battery. They were also very nice. The food was good as well. My siblings and I got the popcorn chicken,the calamari and the chicken wings and it was delicious. We all loved it. This place is amazing and I really recommend it. Read more
