35 min before closing and he wouldn't make me a sandwich. I'm 7 months pregnant and worked all day with no lunch. I begged him.... He said everything was all cleaned up and put away. Also the main man behind the counter never washes his hands before making asandwich. even before covid. He Just gloves it. His customer service is horrible and he's always on the phone talking to someonewhile making sandwiches and ringing you up. Read more

I would put 0 stars if the system allows it. This Subway was located in San Francisco Premium Outlet by Simon foodcourt, and... when I parked in the premium spot, the mall gave a flyer for 15% discount total order for Subway. When I placed the order, Imentioned this, and they said they would honor it. When I paid, the cashier rushed through the payment (with a rude attitude)and said that they gave me the discount already. Upon checking my receipt, the discount was never applied, and when I inquiredabout this, they said they gave the discount to one item. However, they didn't even do that. I explained that the flyermentioned for the total order, but they said, NO. This practice is unacceptable. It's ruining the Subway brand and the mall thatpromotes the discount. Stay away from this establishment. Read more
