Probably one of the best BBQ joints this side of the bay! Tried the 3 meat combo with brisket, 2 types of burnt ends, cornbread... and waffle fries. Everything was absolutely delicious and I don't say that often about any place. My favorite was the verytender brisket. 4 types of BBQ sauces to compliment the brisket. We visited Livermore Sauced BBQ & Sprits on Friday night (around 7pm). We didn’t have to wait at all to be seated. The staffs... are friendly and cool. We ordered 3 meats combo. It was perfect portion for two of us. Food was tender and delicious. They alsohave four sauces for the meats. Read more

Came here for our last dinner before returning home to Canada and was not disappointed. The restaurant is situated on a very... picturesque street, and the smell of BBQ gets sweeter as you approach. The establishment is quite large, with a lounge typearea with smaller tables and a larger dining area that can accomodate large groups. There's quite a good selection of items onthe menu. There is also an extensive drink menu and the kids menu has a good range as well. We ordered a 3 meat combo, withbrisket, burnt ends and ribs, served with cornbread and slaw. Everything was excellent. Not dry and very smokey. Portionswere also generous, both the main entree and the kids menu items. The value is definitely here. On top of the great food anddrink, the staff are super friendly and came to check on us often, even when the dinner rush was busy. The restrooms are cleanand streetside parking is plentiful. A find and delicious experience if you are craving some great food. Prepare to get a bitmessy and don't wear a white shirt. :) Read more

Excellent lunch and friendly fast service! Had a late Valentine's Day lunch here and was quickly seated outside which was our... preferred location. Very nice, heated outdoor seating. Our server Marine (sp?) was very friendly and attentive. The garden saladwas really fresh. So many BBQ places do not have healthy options so it was great to see they take their salad seriously. TheLager and Hefeweizen were both delicious and refreshing. Amazing selection of whiskies and cocktails...maybe another time forthese! I got the pulled pork which was excellent....lean and had some lovely crispy burnt ends. Great flavor! Super Yum!! Thecornbread and smoky beans were very tasty but just a tad sweet for me personally. My husband got the rib and brisketcombo...brisket was lean so a tad dry...he was ok with it since he prefers it that way but I know this is a religious discussionwith some...he loved the ribs which were falling off the bone tender. He got the coleslaw which he said was spicy and delicious.Loved the fact that it was vinegar based versus smothered in mayo like most coleslaw. We got the apple hand pies with thecaramel on the side for dessert which is large enough for two people. Good flavor but very very sweet. All in all an excellentexperience and we'll be back. This place is VERY VERY MEATY. I can’t believe how many options they have on their menu. I was hoping for something fish... related? Like a shrimp po boy or something but I found happiness in the brisket nacho fries… and the pork banh mi. A verydelicious set of dishes with great service. They were 25 minutes late with our food so we got a free appetizer. That was nice. Read more
