The manager here did an amazing job at embarrassing me in front of the other customers. Money wasn't an issue. And me not... knowing how to read wasn't either lol. His lack of customer service skills is the reason I didn't choose to pay for the pizzasthat I had a coupon for. We ordered a medium cheese pizza and 6 wings via sore dash. $45 Crazy?. Pizza came with no pizza sauce at all?. We were asked... for dipping sauce for the wings.. ?required? We wanted no sauce?. Covid update: 7/24/21. Dining room still closed. Mask required. Understaffed and the lobby smells pretty strong of sewage. Maybe... a leak or something. Looks dark and gloomy now. Our favorite pizza eatery for the entire family. Lots of space to sit, TVscreens and they are never too busy. Unlimited refills on Pepsi products fountain drink and napkins are supplied at the tables.Lots of space and separate rooms for private parties. Read more
Pizza was soggy. We ordered for pick up. Paid when we arrived. They forgot the pizza was ready. I had to talk to 2 different... people about this order. Neither had a clue what was going on.. This is my second time there, the first experience was also notpleasant, the salad bar was a mess,, also the staff then were unorganized. Lots of competition out there. I don't think we'llbe back.
