Prices on the marquee are incorrect. They charge .25 per sauce packet & .10 for a bag fee.. the drive thru service operator... tried to charge $3 extra for the Cole slaw that is INCLUDED with the combination meal. We dine in here today, temp outside is 104F, and inside this store is even hotter than outside! NO AIRCON!!! Doors closed! No... ventilation!! We were all sweating while eating and so decided to just eat in the car as i feel bad for my kids! To the managerof this store, Turn on your air conditioner! Be sensitive to your customers! Read more
The quality is good and the customer service is good. One time they forgot my side order, and I had to go back and they gave the... side and some extra and were nice about it. The chicken sandwiches are packed with meat and crispy just like everything else. Read more
A year ago went there and although the chicken was great, the order was missing the chicken tenders. Didn't notice till I got... home, too far to go back. Tried calling but they never answer the phone. 2 months ago decided to give them another try. Chicken was good, but shorted me a side, again too far to go back. Today tried them again, ordered 2 combos, got the wrongside on one of the combos. Lots of errors, service really needs improving. Don't think I will be trying this location again. Read more
I read the other reviews with interest. My last visit was 2 years ago and I experienced lousy service, rudeness, and a goofed up... order. So I gave them a second chance today. They really do make a good spicy chicken sandwich. I didn't have any trouble withthe service, and the business appeared to be functioning satisfactorily. They get only three stars because I had never intendedto patronize them again, except I do like chicken sandwiches. Maybe they're on an improving trend. Read more
Popeyes Livermore - the worst service ever! Only person in line and at least 8 people behind the counter yet it took 5 minutes... for someone to help me. I ordered Spicy Chicken Tenders Meal. They said they didn?t have any spicy tenders. I had to ask if theywere making anymore, because it seemed like he wanted me to settle for the mild. He said it would take 10 minutes. No problem Isaid, I?ll wait. 30 minutes later, I asked where my order was. Mind you, before I could get to the counter to ask, there were 2people ahead of me with the wrong order. So, when I inquire about my meal, my ticket order wasn?t even on their holder thing, sothey had to ask me for my receipt to create the order! Make sure you watch they place your order! Then ?.. my meal came with 5dips. They gave me 2. Even after we went through a whole thing of what dips they did and didn?t have! I ended up with 5, but notwhat I ordered. After repeating it 4 times. Every table was dirty, floor had napkins and crumbs all over. Very slow service. Do not recommend.
