My 2 chicken sandwich was ready at 5:07pm this evening. But guess what? The chicken was not thoroughly cooked! I hope I?m not... getting sick for eating an uncooked meat. Tried to call the restaurant to feedback and alert them but of course it went intovoicemail!!! Read more
Great customer service. Good tasting food. Portions are large. You won't leave hungry for sure.
I must admit I've eaten here about 3 times here in the last month, and each time the food has been on point. My girlfriend loves... to get the 3pc wings with ,also delicious , a side of waffle fries. I myself go with the club sandwich with the grilled chickenand I add cheese to it . From her wings to my sandwich the chicken is cooked perfectly.if you're out there looking for a goodchicken salad instead. This is the place. So whoever you have back there in that kitchen cherish that person and don't let themgo!. I commend the employees dealing with staff shortages but for what they are doing , they do it very well. Really good chicken sandwiches! Excellent flavor, good heat (I got my sandwich pretty plucking hot, not the hottest but good... flavor and balance), and their kimchi fries were pretty rocking! Would definitely come back again next time I'm in the area. Read more
Never tried this place coz the menu items didn't look like it was worth the price, but tried it today for a birthday lunch and... was pleasantly surprised! I got the Naughty Nash chicken burger, the chicken was very juicy and tender inside the crispybreading. The brioche bun was good also, good glaze, tho bottom bun slice got slightly soggy from the slaw juice, probablyneeded toasting a bit more. I got a $3 meal upgrade which gave you (well-salted and crispy!) waffle fries with a fountain soda.The spicy chicken salad and chicken tacos that others got had a generous portion of large chicken chunks in them too, everyonewas happy. Given the portion size and the quality of the food I would say it was ok priced. The QR code at-table ordering wasrelatively smooth, tho one in our group unwittingly placed their order too early and got a separate bill from everyone else, nobiggie. Overall a good experience! Great food! Had the Rooster meal, added avocado, big mistake as the avocado kindve muted the sweet savory potential, still... enjoyed my meal. My only gripe was the tables werent being wiped down after patrons left, so we had a dirty table and had toclean ourselves but I understand bc limited staffing i suppose. Still plan to go back! I am thoroughly impressed! I got the grilled Club Chick sandwich plate. The chicken was plentiful, tender and succulent. My... server, Ashleigh, gave me a couple of sample sauces and the BBQ was my fave. Wish I had dined there sooner. Read more
