Reviews for Pho Hoa Noodle Soup (Livermore) in Livermore, CA
Digital call buttons at the table for efficient service, decent variety on the menu. Large portions can be shared between two,... the chicken wings are delicious too. The bubble tea is massive and can definitely be shared. Would recommend if you're lookingfor some decent food near the outlets, much tastier and more relaxing than the food court option and just across the street fromthe gucci and tory burch store. Food was good and service was quick. I really enjoyed the lunch I had there. Just wish the Tv's were up so you can hear them. I... will be returning to try the soups next. Read more
This restaurant is so dirty. From inside and outside the closer you walk into the building the dirtier it get. The holster that... hole the utensils are so nasty and it was black. the whole place was filthy. I would not recommend anyone to go here, unless youare desperate. You can see smudge and fingerprint and hand print everywhere. Read more
Big bowl of tasty soup was just what I needed. Service was very speedy. Very good place if you've worn yourself out shopping in... the huge mall next door. Read more
Pho broth had no flavor and the only condiments they had to put in there was Sriracha, oyster sauce and chili sauce so that's... how my broth tasted like. Not worth $16 and i would've enjoyed a $1 Marachan cup noodle instead. Also the bbq pork chop had noflavor, the sauce that came with it didn't go well with anything on that plate. It all became garbage. Couldn't pay me to returnback to this place Read more
Staff is kind and fast. Taste was okay but seafood seems not really fresh. Also found this stuff in my rice bowl. Definitely... need to improve their hygiene and food preparation procedures. Read more
Poor customer service, and very rude owner. Being short staffed is not an excuse to rush customers and give half-hearted to poor... service. The owner is very triggered on Yelp when I mentioned that their kid?s pho does not have vegetables? I was irritatedbecause while at the restaurant, when we asked why it didn?t come with vegetables, he just brushed us off and said ?it for onewith vegetables.? Okay fine, so, we ordered a side of vegetables with our server. Which never came. Anyway, the owner went offon a tirade on my Yelp review about his kids meals being kid?s meals and adults insisting on ordering them and complaining thatit doesn?t have this or that. Does not even have the common sense to recover customers. Was it our mistake that he onlymentioned the size (which was perfect for us) but not that it does NOT COME WITH VEGETABLES??? But anyway, thank you sir, wewill make sure to never return and also tell all our friends, both local, and tourists alike to never set foot at your Pho Hoajoint because of your sorry attitude. Also, since this is a franchise, Pho Hoa ought to know what travesty this guy is doing totheir brand. Is this what Pho Hoa is about? Also, if I only had an inkling at the restaurant about his snarky attitude, now thatI look back, I believe he was behaving that way because we are Asian women. What a misogynist. It?s 2021, and we are inCalifornia. ???? As for the food, of course it was below average at best, the brisket is tough, not tender like typical good phoshould be. The fresh spring roll was good. The fried one also good. As for the service, they have a sign up apologizing forbeing short staffed. But then you know, this place clearly would sacrifice quality for volume, because they were all rushing andalways looked irritated when you order more. Really? The irony of that. Even the owner serves another table while taking ourorders. So distracted. No wonder he goes off on women like he did. Read more
The interior definitely has not been cleaned in a few days. The bathroom had no soap or paper towels, and the actual toilet... itself didn?t have a lid. There is random stuff all at the entry. I can?t imagine what the kitchen looks like. Also the rollsthat came out look nothing like the rolls in the images. Super cheap but also won?t go back. Read more
