Poor service. Our food order was forgotten. We asked 3x about out order they keep saying 10 more min. Until the kitchen closed... our food didn\'t arrive!! We were a party of six drinking your wine I\'m an empty stomach. Instead of enjoying and relaxing theevening and music, we\'re thinking when our food gonna come. Finally my I complained at the front and they ground out that ourorders were not forwarded to the kitchen. But why the waiters keeps telling us 15 more min.!? ???? Disclaimer?I am not a wine aficionado and can?t speak much to the wines other than to say ?I liked them!?, but I do want to... shout out Bruce, who provided fantastic service. He was friendly, informative, and generous, and he made my friend and I feelvery welcome and comfortable. I hope he?s there next time I visit, and I hope the winery knows what a gem he is. Was very disappointed. No explanation of their wines. Basically we were all just brought our flights and some water and left... alone till they wanted to collect the bill. The wines were terrible. Maybe others will like. Read more
I had such high hopes for this place. It was a cool experience, beautiful place but not so good wines. Everything is sweet. Out... of 5 wines, 3 are white, they are all sweet even the Chardonnay. When we went to check out and the server saw most of ourglasses were still full she told us we should have asked for more red\'s and they would bring them to us. So we got 1 finaltasting of red which was pretty decent. But you would think they would taste their good wines to get more members not wait forpeople to ask. Read more
Our first time ever at the Livermore winery, so glad to pick Las Positas , since we had planned this day trip with kids , I was... looking for a winery which allows kids , has a good rating and nice views and all my criteria was filled by them. It?s outdoorhas stunning views , small winery with no hangups. There were 5 tastings served in the very stylish wine glasses tower and allthe wines details were written for the guests . The flatbreads we ordered were delicious and the cheese platter was quite nicetoo . I noticed they were very professional, cleaning/ sanitizing everything after the guests left .Our server Jack, was veryfriendly and knowledgeable. We did the indoor tasting. A mix of red and whites were on the tasting. The vineyard itself is beautiful and has a rustic feel.... The views from the patio are beautiful. Also had the cheesecake plate- very yummy!\n\nWe ended up buying one of the wines andthat waived our tasting fee.\n\nA great experience in Livermore - if you want to have a Napa experience close to the Bay Area. Wine tasting with chocolate pairing was fun. Surprisingly white wines were paired very well with truffles. $25 for non members.... I believe they will give $15 credit if you buy a bottle. Read more
Nice day to be hanging out with a bottle of wine. Staff was nice to give us an outside seating.
