I actually had to ask if someone would be willing to take my order then it was sloooooow. Been back a few times, same problem.... Also, this is now an expensive Jimmy Johns, they want $11 for a sandwich. I understand prices go up, but that's a lot more thanthe other franchises in the area charge.
