Depending on the time you go in for drive thru you can either get your order right or it will be completely wrong. No fault to... the restaurant but, things happen in the service industry. Read more

90% of the time this place is spot on. However, I tend to mobile order and then if the shake machine is dead.....no shake and... I have to wait for another visit and hope I remember to grab it then as the online ordering doesn't have a fix for that! Read more

We went to get food for the family. When we went to pay with my moms card, it got declined. We politely asked them to try again.... They tried but it declined once more. We then tried another card and same thing happened. I tell the you guy that maybe hismachine went offline. I work in retail and know it happens sometimes. One of the other employees then said it wasn?t their faultthat we didn?t have any money in our cards. We ended up paying with cash even though we know for a fact both cards have money.This heavy set guy with curly hair has been rude before but today he really crossed the line. Especially when he went to our carto give us our food. My mom again tells him there must have been a problem with the reader. He then laughed and said that it wasok because of economics. I really think this guy needs to be retrained and needs better customer service. P.S. My mom was soupset that they treated us like that and wanted to go try her card some where else. We went to Safeway right after and the cardworked fine. Read more
