I just visited this location and after I placed my order the lady asked if "that was all" I didn't see on the screen an item I... order and asked the lady and in a really rude way she said is that it? And did not confirm if my item was placed. When Iapproached to the window she was giving me my order and I asked her If I could get Ketchup but she just scream at me to take thebag. I ask for her manager's name and she said that she didn't know it? I asked for name and she said that she didn't have togive me her name. I asked her to see her name tag, she just ignores me and closed the window. This is the second time this ladygives me a really bad actitude. Read more
For me this one has been consistent and they ones working drive thru are always nice and get the order right.
used the mobile app to order our food, showed up 25mins after we ordered, they left our food on the counter and someone else... took it, had to wait for them to remake my order. The younger girl up front with the curly black hair at the cash registersneezed into her gloved hands laughed about it and Did not wash her hands just changed her gloves. I've worked in food serviceyour handling other people's food you need to wash your hands. I suggest using the drive thru ignorance is bliss or go to carlsjr down the road. Read more
I ordered breakfast and she gave me six tacos by mistake, I got back on the freeway opened the bag and I had 6 tacos at 7:00am... in the morning. After the third Taco I started to like them and not so bad tasting, good and crunchy... skip it for breakfastno matter how hungry you are:) Read more
Living on the east coast I missed Jack in the Box. Of course our O?Henry still plot twist requires me to have some pretty... intense dietary restrictions at this point in my life so much Of the menu is off limits. What this modest establishment lacks inwarmth, it makes up for in properly wrapping the burger with lettuce so I do not need to use utensils. Bravo. Read more
If you have a job take pride in your job. Do it right or give it to someone that will do their job right. I got food from here... today and it was awful!!! I got the spicy fries and they just threw cheese on it and a burnt piece of chicken. The taco tasteold and so I pretty much have to go buy something else for dinner. Quit your job if you can't even make the food right . Thereare others that would appreciate your job. Save your money and eat at home. Read more
Here is why 5 stars. We were greeting quickly when we pulled up in the drivethrough. What made it great was the guy on the... other end of the speaker was very polite and professional and didn?t tell us to hold or wait. We ordered and all went well. Wereceived our order quickly. There are also sone beautiful roses in the drive through. We drove away and found out one of oursandwiches was wrong. We compared with the receipt which was also wrong and explained the error. We drove back and the correcritem was promptly provided...no questions asked. Read more
Place is usually busy when I try and go here but the line always moves quickly and the burgers are always delicious.
