Drive up lady very courteous and service was friendly. I'll stop NY here again when I'm in the area.
The LED sign is lit up with "Open 24 hours". Hungry, I pulled in with breakfast in mind. Then I was met with the drive thru line... blocked by a trash can...not sure how that's supposed to work. I've watched half a dozen cars take their business elsewhere inthe last 10 minutes. Good job Jack. Read more
Nice Fastfood for the money. Burgers tasted nice.. Milkshakes was good too. Will go again if i have the chance too!
Indoor dining open. Drive thru open 24/7. Restrooms are available but have to get lock code. All day breakfast. Lobby open till... 11pm nightly on weekdays. Clean and bright at night. The dining area seems clean and does not have any noticeable smell likesome others. Unlimited fountain drinks. Easy parking and drive thru. Coke products available. Food prepared quickly. Read more

This is wrong how your customers aretreated by this specific employee. it never fails this woman is always in a bad mood to the point where She is known bysurrounding businesses to be capable of physical aggression without provocations. When we talk about our lunch experience notone time have I heard something positive about her. shes a downright angry unfriendly person who cannot control her aggressionWhat else will she throw at customers while she has no etiquette and unrequited anger. I disagree with the other people reviewing this place here on Google, this is a good Jack in the Box. The drivethru has been... closed at night due to staffing shortages, I have talked to them about that because the staff at this one is always helpful.That's like many drivethrus in the area including the Starbucks get understaffed down the street too. I'm not sure why peoplethrow around the word "rude" so much at fastfood places, the employees are on their feet the entire time at this location andalways give me a smile even if they have people walking in every couple minutes. Elizabeth is nice and friendly, when sherealized I come regularly we talk about how I get off at night and how she likes working here. The food is always cooked all theway at this one never cold or burned like the North Livermore one. This one and the downtown one are always fast and will fufillyour order if you have special requests and they are able to. I think the one on North Livermore is cursed though. Read more
