I love this little hidden spot for a fast lunch or an easy dinner. All of their items are an excellent value for the price and... though the food is "food court good" there isnt much that is actually good for you, but thats not what these place are about IMO Read more
It is a decent place to get food. But it is not a fast way to get food. With their new ordering system, they lose track of... orders, and even simple orders made at the register can take better than 20 min. I am very disappointed. First they get rid ofthe Polish dog, and now they make ordering inefficient. Too bad. Read more
Awful service! Called in order for pizza after attempting to call 10-15 times with no answer. Called administrative office to... get through...3 times. First two times was transferred to food court with no answer. 3rd call they took my name and number tothe food court to call me back. I actually received a call back (very surprisingly). FINALLY got to place my pizza order. Wastold pick up time of 1245 but had to pay before they could give them to me. I showed up, paid and waited for my 1245 time. Namenever called so at 1255 I went up and asked, only to be told they would put them in the oven now that I paid!! Are you kidding!What was the point of calling in my order! I called in to order 2 Pizza's for pick up at 11 a.m. I was told by the Manager that they weren't able to fulfill my request... because "they had a lot of orders" and that I can pick it up at 10:30 a.m. I take the city bus and inst able to make it at thetime she asked, I specifically requested for an hour out of my phone call to make sure I get there on time. How can you notACCOMMODATE such a small order? I'm over it, but I want people to know that they REFUSE TO go with what time is convenient foryou but make it convenient for them. Read more

It?s well-known that most items on you he menu taste great and are super cheap, but the service is pretty terrible. Either some... of the order takers are mute and lacking some muscle co trip in their faces or they?d rather be anywhere else. Perhaps I?mgetting what I?m paying for, but a ?hello? should be standard anywhere, regardless of price. Let?s go Costco. Read more
There is always a wait, as this costco is usually always busy. I would knock a star off for the wait, but it's not their fault... they are busy. The food always comes out great and hot! Read more
