Unable to reach someone via phone. Unable to sign-in and checkout as logged in guess to purchase cake. Charged 4x for a cake... with no email verification. Almost feels like a scam. Edit: 1 star -> 5 stars Okay, so I actually got a call back from a coldstone employee (went to my voicemail) but I was able to call back and place a cake order via phone. So website doesn?t work.It?s still an awful experience from ordering a cake online, but that?s not necessarily this cold stones fault. This place has awesome staff and they are very pleasant and cheerful in attending to customers. We had to wait due to the 4... people inside the store requirement but it was totally worth waiting for. Don't forget to tip the staff if enjoyed watching themmake your treat. Read more

The ice cream is fairly good. However there are so many places that serve ice cream that Cold Stone no longer stands out. It is... a little expensive. It's an ice cream shop. They are on the expensive side but give you huge portions. There is no such thing as plain ice cream... here and some of what I have had is only so so. Their chocolate is really good and so is their peanut butter. I give it 3 cuz Iwould rather have less ice cream for less money that taste better. Read more
