Just trying to be a normal family, taking our toddler out for a bite of ice cream. Not a single other person in the place. We... declined to wear masks so staff refused to serve us and told us to leave. Never going back. Read more
Unable to reach someone via phone. Unable to sign-in and checkout as logged in guess to purchase cake. Charged 4x for a cake... with no email verification. Almost feels like a scam. Edit: 1 star -> 5 stars Okay, so I actually got a call back from a coldstone employee (went to my voicemail) but I was able to call back and place a cake order via phone. So website doesn?t work.It?s still an awful experience from ordering a cake online, but that?s not necessarily this cold stones fault. Overall annoyinggetting the cake, but hot damn that ice cream cake (so inexpensive!) was worth. Read more

This place has awesome staff and they are very pleasant and cheerful in attending to customers. We had to wait due to the 4... people inside the store requirement but it was totally worth waiting for. Don't forget to tip the staff if enjoyed watching themmake your treat. Read more
