I believe this place could have potential IF they hired better staff and more people. Stone oak is a busy area and many people... do live here so for there not to be enough staff doesn?t make sense. You either can afford to have a business here that will runsuccessful with a reliable staff or you will collapse with lousy workers. The wait time was so long. I called in the order and Iwas told I?d wait 5 maybe 10 mins. I waited for over 30 mins and finally got my order taken. This place needs to be moreefficient; and if the owner truly cares he/she will do something about this ! Read more

The pizza was good but I was really excited to try the gelato. The one that caught my eye was this cherry looking one that... looked yummy. The worker informed me that it was strawberry cheesecake and gave me a sample. It was good but not a fan of thatflavor. Unfortunately it looked liked the others had been sitting there for a few days and they didn't look all that good. Ichose the vanilla bean just to be safe. It seemed that the gelato was very hard and the guy couldn't get it out which I wasthinking this does not look good. And he kept warming the spatula to try to loosen the ice cream? Every gelato place I've beento it scoops out smoothly so this should have been a red flag for me. The gelato had these hard chewy bits. Almost like it hadbeen melted and then freezed again. So that was disappointing. The pasta I had was burnt too but was really looking forward tothe gelato. But the pizza was good which is why I'm leaving 3 stars. The strawberry cheesecake was pretty good but it did looklike they just set it out so maybe it's an issue with freshness. May try again only for the pizza and maybe if the gelato looksbetter Read more

Very disappointing!! Service was sad and the food was not good!! Besides the burnt spinach and mushrooms there was any taste to... the million dollar pasta. We purchased the regular sized bowl but it was only half full. I found the cranberries, seeds andalmonds on the bottom of my salad in a corner. This is the salad the server read the directions to make. There?s nothing wrongwith that but an effort to prepare in a pleasing manner would have increased the star rating. The bowls were sat on the counterand the server said Here you go. My husband asked if there was a carry-out bag for the 4 bowls, dressing containers andsilverware packets. THe server put the bag beside the food and walked away. My husband loaded everything up. Read more

Great first experience! We came in to redeem our free gelato from a Facebook coupon, they had great flavors - it was hard to... decide. The Salted Carmel was really good!!! We can't wait to come back to try the pizza, a 10 inch specialty is only $10! Theingredients are fresh and it only takes 2 mins to bake. The staff are incredibly friendly and the facility is super clean andbest of all the wall says Urban Bricks is born and bred in San Antonio! Download their app for the menu and for rewards! Ordered via Uber eats. Pizza came wrong. Didn?t ask for red onions, asked for it to be cooked longer. Dough wasn?t even cooked,... rubbery chewy dough. It was disgusting. Definitely don?t recommend. Stick with MOD pizza in the forum! Read more
