My kids love this place and I have never had an issue with the employees when I have an issue with my order (dr pepper instead... of coke or not enough carbonation in my drink). When they make a mistake, they own up to it and correct it. You really don't seemuch of that nowadays. Read more

I like Cane's. Quick. Tasty. More options would be nice, but ya know hard to complain when they do what they do so right. Can we... get some spicy though? Read more

I would like to thank Jeremy the manager on duty, Juanida the cashier and everyone that help prepare the 50 piece tailgate... tonight/very early in the morning. After finishing up a wedding reception and heading back to the hotel in New Braunfels about15 of us started to get hungry. Nothing was open in New Braunfels after 11pm. I knew raising canes was open till 1am in a fewlocations. The closest one was in Live Oak and I called placed the order and when I arrived it was ready. They supplied us withplates and napkins. The food was hot and good. Everyone was satisfied. Thank you all again for everything. By the way they didall of this at 1215am. Read more

Went here for lunch after playing at the splashpad and park. Other then a slow drive into the parking lot, everything was... great. Once we got parked and entered the building we didn't wait for anything. Our order was taken quickly and efficiently. Wewere able to pick up our food order by the time we had filled our drink cups. The chicken was delicious as always. I wish the3 piece meal came with an option to substitute slaw for the fries which I find unremberable. We all enjoyed our meals andwill of course be back. Place was very clean and friendly.. I honestly didn't like the texture of the strips cause I felt like there weren't cooked all... the way cause they were a bit soggy but over all it was good for it being our first time eating there. Read more

The best thing about this place (besides the food) is the simplicity - which not only makes for delicious food, but also super... fast service times. There are only a few options on the menu but when you come to Canes, you're coming for the staples anyways. No desserts or thousands of options - just chicken fingers, fries, toast, coleslaw and a drink. Their sweet tea is as awesome astheir chicken and signature Canes sauce. I can't ever leave without a whole JUG of sweet tea. It's my kids favorite too despitethe lack of desserts and shakes etc which I LOVE!! Try it! You won't regret it!! Read more

This place is normally good. I go here 3-4 times a month. The last two times I went the chicken tasted like it was badly burned.... The last time I went was two weeks ago which makes me question how often they change the oil. I let the first time slide becauseI didn?t have time to complain that day. As a manager you should not be selling chicken strips that not only taste burned butsmell like they were trapped in a house fire!!! You can see the chicken is not burned but it tastes nasty and was not edible. Ialso wanted to mention that the size of these chicken strips have gone down considerably. My advice is stay away from thislocation until they can fix their issues. Read more
