Usually have a great experience at JJ. But this location in particular.. bad. First off, bread was hard as a rock. Service was... slowwwww, and to top it off, was about a 15 minute wait for on regular sandwich. Only me and one other person in store. Tuna salad had nothing in it but mayonnaise. And only put in middle of the bread, one slice of tomato, old lettuce, no cucumber.... One guy working, will never go back. Read more
Unfortunately the last visit they had no AC or something like that and didn't have tuna or roast beef. Despite getting no call... from the store and having to physically show up for a delivery order to ask its status(nobody answered the phone for 15 min) Ido love this location and it's food. They are usually ontop of their game this was just one instance of them having a roughevening..story short: good food and quality, pretty well put together under normal and most circumstances . This place is very clean and has fast service but I always call ahead. I love the Italian night club sandwich -- very flavorful.... Seems like their are a lot of staff changes recently. Read more

I love Jimmy Johns so went to one closer to my home big mistake they had catering boxes on every single seating area so nobody... could sit dwn. They also had a sign that said no ice how can somebody enjoy their soda with no ice. That was not even the reasonwhy i would not be going back. The young guy taking my order asks me if im a reward member i said yes pop my number in then itell him i want the #14 never does he ask do u want the combo, then i order my next sandwich he starts making my sandwiches igrab a cup to make my way to the fountain drinks and he says you wanted the combos? i said yes so now hes re ringing me up. Howyou gonna ask me if im a reward member and not clarify if i want the combo. He then tells me for future reference next time sayyou the the original combo. im looking at him thinking next time ask me if i want the combo. Left with my $23 dollar sandwichesand soda with no ice. i will be going to my fav Jimmy johns on Main they have seating area plenty of ice and ask me everytime doi want the combo. Read more
