Good Dunkin location. Staff here are friendly and timely. I like the selection compared to other chain donut/coffee shops

I placed a mobile order for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. This location is supposed to open at 5am, which both google maps... and the app reflect. When I got there at 5:40am, the sign said open and there were employees inside, but nobody would answer me.Finally I caught one of the employees in the park lot, who told me that only three of them were there right now so they weren?topening. I?m not a manager, but it seems like three people is enough to start running the shop, at least for mobile orders. Ihad to leave because I needed to be work at 6, but arranged for my wife to pickup my order for me and bring it to me at work. She got there at 6:10, and they said they still weren?t going to open yet. Now I?m out $6 and the coffee reward I had used. Read more

I usually don't complain but this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. The 1st time when I ordered hash... browns the girl asked if I really wanted them because it would be a longer wait, I said yes. They were soggy but atleast hot. Today 10/15 I came through and ordered my kids a donut and myself some hash browns. They were cold and soggy and not even worthtrying to eat. I won't be back to this location. Read more

Line not too long. Donut not fresh at all. Seemed old. I drove through so didn't catch it until I got home. Super slow service... today. Latte was also not looking like it should. Looked pitiful. Alot of ice Read more

Stopped by and got my daughter's breakfast and some coffee before dropping the youngest one off at work. Got two sausage, egg... and cheese croissant sandwiches. A iced coffee and my oldest wanted a hot coffee sugar and no cream. I repeated it three timesand they still put cream. ????????? Read more

I went on a Wednesday the 17th at about 7:45am maybe closer to 8am I can?t remember exactly. It was semi busy they were training... a new girl (not an issue I understand that and the wait) my issue is that how in the world does a donut shop run out of pumpkindonuts that early? They only had one rack, I?m sorry you only have one small rack for the entire day? Do you not make more? Thegirl training gave me 5 of the donut hole things instead which was a good gesture but still that?s not what I wanted nor what Ipaid for. No refund was offered since I paid before she knew they were out. The floor was ridiculously sticky! So sticky I hadto clean my shoes and my cars gas and brake pedals when I got home! There were napkins all on the floor like a half attempt toclean. Absolutely ridiculous! The drinks my husband and I got we pretty good given everything else. So if you want a pumpkindonut go elsewhere unless you want to be there when they open! Read more

Went this past Saturday, early morning, and the only customer there. Ordered some donuts, two sausage egg & cheese croissants &... 4 hash browns (because they are always skimpy portions). Also told to pull around front to wait for my order, no othercustomers were there the entire time! Got home to find sloppily made sandwiches placed on top of & smooshing the hash browns sobadly we had to scrape them out of their packets in pieces. Really disgusted by this lack of customer care when NOT AT ALL BUSY! Read more
