Service was good. I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. The drink didn't taste great but as I was pulling onto... the road, I stuck my hand in the bag to grab an onion ring and they were so cold. If I had not been in a hurry to get somewhere, I would have turned right around. Not even Luke warm, cold. I had to wait til later that night to heat them up properly and eatthem. Go across the street to the new Burger Boy because Burger King does not seem to like having customers. I ordered online and went... to pick up in drive through. There was one car ahead of me. I told them over the speaker that I placed order online, gave order# and name. When I finally got to the window the girl just open it a bit and then shut it quickly. They were chatting amongstthemselves inside. I waited and waited and since I had already waited a while behind the previous car, I honked to get theirattention (thinking my order was ready for pick up). They ignored my horn honks, so I had to drive up, park, and go inside. Iasked about my order and they said "What order". This order was already paid for online so that made it even morefrustrating.They had no clue and did not apologize for there LAZINESS and the waiting. The order was looked up and then made asI waited (again) inside. They had absolutely no customers inside, so there is no excuse for this. I looked across the street andthe new Burger Boy had cars surrounding it and into the street. I will go there the next time I want a hamburger. Have it yourway, Burger King! No customers! Read more
Ordered my regular Whataburger meal here just to compare. Four meat Pattie?s with cheese. Service Was good and I liked the... flame broiled taste it their burgers . The only drawback was they must not get an order like this very often. They had to callthe manager to figure out how to ring me up. Cost was within a dollar of Whataburger so it?s a good alternative. There justaren?t as many Burger Kings as there are Whataburgers so they are harder to find. I would definitely eat here again. Inside wasclean and everything seemed new and well kept up. Read more
I haven?t been to a Burger King in almost 3 years, and BOY was I missing out! The service was excellent, the food was hot, and... my order was completely in a timely manner. Levi was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions. I will definitely beback. Read more
This burger king is a joke. Ordered on app, drive thru took 20 minutes for me and 1 other car. Ordered no onion, extra pickle.... They just completely disregard your order and make you what they want to make you. Who the heck is running this place? A 7 yearold? 1 tomato, 1 leaf of lettuce...did they think this was a good sandwich to send out? Read more
This was the most horrible experience at a burger king I have ever had. My Texas Double had 1 tomato, 1 1/2 strips of bacon,... barely any lettuce, 3 jalapenos, almost no mayo or ketchup, and it looked like a toddler had thrown it against the wall. Mywife's Double Bacon and Cheese whopper was worse. Her burger had no cheese, no bacon, 1 tomato, a piece of a lettuce core, 1pickle, and almost no sauce as well. I was VERY disappointed with my order. I asked for the Original Chicken sandwich with cheese, bacon and light mustard only. The... bread was not soft at all. I specifically asked for a fresh sandwich. I also ordered 10pc nuggets. I asked for them to be freshas well. The sandwich was cold as well as the nuggets. I will never eat at this location again... The crew here tonight is amazing! We attempted to go to the BK on Nacogdoches and couldn?t even get into the lobby. So we came... to this one. So glad we did! The food was fresh. The crew were all smiling and having a good time. Everyone was prompt andpolite! I would keep coming back here if I lived near here! Read more
