Young girl was very unprofessional. My order was not correct. I had to reorder. She was very rude. All I wanted was an original... number one with curly fries and a drink my husband wanted the regular fries and a apple turnover. Instead of admitting that shetook the order wrong. She was whispering to the other staff member about the incorrect order as if we had placed the orderincorrect. I had the chicken tender sandwich and mac-n-cheese. The cheese sauce is good, there's just too much of it and the noodles were... perfectly cooked. The chicken tender sandwich, on the other hand, left something to be desired. There was far too much sauce onthe sandwich. It made the bottom bun soggy and half the lettuce slid off the sandwich. The cheese only covered one tender andwas stuck to the box. The chicken "tender" was anything but tender. The batter is too thick. It's crunchy but one is left towonder where the chicken is. Only their Drive Thru at Arby's was open at their IH35 Live Oak location. No Dining In. This is two years into the Covid... Pandemic in which carryout is the only means of dining. There were five cars in front of me in the Drive Thru. Allwere processed quite quickly. No long waits between customers. The call in order speaker was clear. Ordered twoClassic Roast Beef sandwiches to go and & to prevent over issuing, limited the number of sandwich sauces to two each of Horseradish & Arby's. I just paid $3 for Mac and cheese and they only gave me this small container worth about 50¢. Maybe this type of value for the... money is why the drive through line was empty. The service was nice, but I probably won't be going back. Read more

Really hard to get in and out of this space through the drive thru because I have an older truck. But we got grabbed a quick... bite to eat as we were leaving.
