Chicken fresh and delicious!! Coleslaw not so good. We waited for about 20 minutes for someone to wait on us. The manager and 1... other person working. I just went through the drive thur and they didn?t have any dark meat so I waited 20 minutes and then got my order, they gave... me fries instead of mashed potatoes and then got home and they cheated me out of my chicken. Food was already expensive and thenyou take from me. They also give you the drink they want you to have so they can make a profit off of you. I didn?t asked for alarge drink but they gave it and made me pay an up charge. Ordered the $5 meal box. They gave me Spicy chicken instead of the Mild that I asked for and did not get the coleslaw that came... with the meal. And they didn't give me a receipt. Read more

Poor slow service. Not even at busy time of day.Uncalled for honestly. 20 min in drive thru with gas prices at what they are,... for ONE CHICKEN SANDWICH. Come on recession type businesses. So happy they're open chicken sandwiches as good as I remember. I have to update this review as I ate here today I ordered a... shrimp with a side order of red beans and rice. I had to pull up and wait for the shrimp I was fine with that and then a personcame out the door and made no effort to even reach their arm over the barrier to hand me the food hateful look on her face neverresponded to have a good day and I got mac and cheese not red beans and rice. Today was my first and last visit to the "brand New" popeyes in Live Oak. Horrible! Smallest thighs I have ever saw, old and... dried out chicken and hard as a rock biscuit. I am very displeased! I didn't check the food until I got home 18 miles away. Itsgarbage Read more
WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Walked in a customer was ahead of me ,he was ordering he finished his order the cashier walks away. I... walked up to the counter no one came to the counter, The lady working drive thru continue on with drive thru, went got the ordertogether 10 mins later another customer walks in she lady said be with you in a min. 10 mins no one acknowledged me or anything.No one come to the counter spent at least 20 mins standing there, the customer be hind me they left I left right after that.The workers behind the counter keep doing whatever they was doing. If I could give 0 starts I would. This was during luncharound 1 :00 pm. The lobby wasn't busy. The drive thru wasn't that busy. To get completely ignored.
