They would not open the door for us and refused us service. It was 6:07, they opened at 6. The cashier yelled ?WE CLOSED!? Very... rudely. They had, however, unlocked the door and allowed a homeless man to sleep on a bench inside. When told that the sign says6 and it?s 6:07 they just stared at us. Very frustrating all around. Stood with three other customers and was never waited on. After seeing the manager take care of five or ox car in drive thru.... I asked if she was going to wait on us or acknowledge us. She said we have a kiosk. It didn?t work properly. She said toobad. You can leave. She was rude and unprofessional. Read more
Our McDonalds has its good days and it's not so good days. Last visit my food was hot, fresh,and accurate. I would give 5 stars... for my last visit, but there are so many other times that I get old tasting nuggets, cold fries and an incorrect order. Read more
The bar for Mc Donald's is pretty low, and this location was no exception. After ordering and paying for ice cream (I know, I... know...we were hoping for a miracle. But the kiosk said it was available.), we were informed that.....wait forit.....wait.....the ice cream machine was broken. Who has ever heard of such? So, we asked for a refund. The team member said"Well I guess we can do that". Guess hell! I know it's only a dollar and some change, but I'm not paying for something youdon't have. Otherwise, service was slow. Standard McDonald's fare in their standard environment. But ... we love their Sausage Egg McMuffin and these did not disappoint.... They were perfectly cooked; still hot and juicy. We had our dog with us so we couldn't go in. Therefore we ate in the car. Read more
The staff was rude to me when I asked where the apples were for the happy meal. They said they didn't have any but didn't tell... me when I ordered. The happy meal also didn't have ketchup which they asked me if I wanted ketchup. Upon returning to thecounter to ask for some (there wasn't any out at the drink bar), the lady reached under the counter and dropped an entire box ofketchup on the counter and walked away. Preface with I hate McDonald?s anyway but my husband wanted an egg McMuffin. They were out of English muffins. I asked to... substitute biscuits with the buy one get one for $1 but the cashier said they couldn?t. I expressed that I hate McDonald?s andthe cashier said ?we?ll you came here?.
