Let me start by saying that the lady at the window was very nice so those stars are for her but we travel by busy bee all the... time and i love krystal?s but when i got my burgers they didn?t have pickles, they were VERY sloppily put together so bad mostof the cheese and mustard was just stuck to the box and the onions were so burnt it overpowered the whole meal): i really lookforward to getting krystal?s but this was just disappointing and a waste of $30? My Burgers would have tested delicious if they didn't put enough onion on it to cover about 20 hamburgers they went a little... crazy with the onions but all in all the employees were happy friendly sociable I really enjoyed my visit to your crystals thankyou very much and I just scratched off most of the onions I worked through it happy holidays Read more
Every time we go out of town we stop here and get dinner, it is always good, hot food. Wish we had one here.
Waited 25 minutes in drive thru. Guy working drive thru said it was just him and 1 more person working. Then when the food was... handed to us the buns were stale, cold and hard and the meat was warm. Fries were hot but that was the only thing. It can'tbe that difficult. Read more

This was literally the worst service I have ever had the staff was rude for no reason . I waited 35 minutes for my food it was... wrong so I took it back around and it was literally still wrong . I?m not a Karen bro like I never post but after it being wrongthe second time they wanted to argue about it being wrong !!! Waisted an hour of my life. I seriously hope that the staff andmanagement learn how to talk to people in a positive manner that?s literally your job!
