Scallops were grossly overcooked and tough. I threw away the last 2. If the onion rings weren?t frozen, the beer batter was... terrible. Great ice cream. They should stick to their strengths. It also took over 12 minutes to fry 9 scallops and the onionrings. People ordering after me got their order before me. Poor excuse. Read more
This place was a cute find, other than parking being an issue this is a very awesome place to get a dessert. It's a little... overwhelming to try to pick something, but that's more of a personal problem not an establishment problem ????. We have 11members in our family and there wasn't a complaint amongst any of us about what we had gotten. I had a mix-up with our ice creambut they quickly fixed it and it was my fault of not theirs. The portion size was pretty large, even for the children so if youare getting them an ice cream cone definitely consider getting that put into a bowl or flipping the cone into the bowl. It tookthe littles a little extra time to eat. I would 100% go back again and recommend it to friends. Read more
Yummy yummy in my Tummy. Banana shakes are disappointing at Northern dairy bar. Sad the chunks were gone super blended nowhere... close to as good as last year and waited over twenty minutes and there was only two customers ahead of us.very disappointing asI was stoked it was going to be like it was last year. Let me start by saying the Northern Frosty Bar has been the best family-owned food service business that has come to Littleton... in a very long time! It is rather disheartening to see reviews like the one from Alex C that only aims to attack this businessand its owners on a personal level just because they are a competitor to their employer. The only intent of that review is tocause distrust amongst the public and try to sway them to a competitor who is inferior to the Northern Frosty Bar by tellingflat out lies. It is completely uncalled for, unnecessary and absolutely inaccurate. My family and I have tried everything onthe menu and it has been absolutely superb and second to none. I mean, check out the picture of the lobster rolls we gottonight! Do they look soggy to you? Do they look saturated in mayo? No, definitely not! They were as fresh and scrumptious asyou can get! We have never had any issues with wait time in the countless visits we have made there. The staff has always beenfriendly as well as courteous and have always paid attention to our requests. Do yourself a favor and be sure you stop by thisgem. You absolutely will not regret it and will always find yourself going back for more. Tasty vanilla & chocolate soft swirl! Haven't had one in long time because they usually taste chemically at other places. I... made a pig of myself and got a large. While I was getting napkins, I tipped my hand and it toppled over. The woman behind thecounter (maybe owner?) immediately gave me a new one, free of charge, even though it was my fault. They suggested a cup with acone with new one. I cant wait to try their lobster rolls and other seafood items. The person waiting on us said they shuck thelobster meat themselves. Friendly staff. It has new owners and is now called The Northern Frosty Bar. I've only had their ice cream, so far, but their food smells... amazing. Since their opening, there is always a line which tells me the food must taste as good as it smells. Everyone there isfriendly and they always have a smile on their face. The prices are really good too. I hope they don't mind that I'm attachingpictures of their menu. Definitely check it out when you have the chance!! Read more
