First, I asked about our food after 10 min. Last had to look it up. It wasn't on the board anymore. They charged me for a bacon... double instead of the son of baconator. Didn't get it. Was willing to pay extra, but she would only take $1 off the burger,even though the bacon double is double that. Took forever to finally get it. 5 people at the counter with wrong orders. Somefrom inside, and 2 from done threw. No idea how they messed up so much. They were not even that busy for lunch. Took about 20min to get my food. My mom was finished before I got mine. Read more

Went about 930 pm. We ordered a number one and a number six which is the chicken nuggets. We got home which is 2 minutes away... the chicken nuggets for petrified and hard, the number one which is the single was cold and our fries were hard and stale. Thisis not the first time this food has come out like this I think that the managers should watch what they're putting in the bagsto give to customers cuz I would never let food like this be given to a customer.
