Quite busy for 3:30pm on a Tuesday! Ordered the $5 biggie bag and was surprised at how TINY the burger was!!
This place is way too slow at the drive thru and they treat the customers with apathy. The food doesn?t taste great and I never... get hot fries when I wait in line for so long. Idk how you make a Double Stack with special request "no pickle" and then give me a tiny regular cheeseburger and stick this... receipt on my bag with a sticker like it's been approved, where's my other beef patty? ???? Super busy location. But we'll trained, friendly staff. Only thing that was disappointing was only one lane was open in a 2 lane... drive through. Took longer to receive my food than I would like. But over all I thinks it's a great location. Read more
We drive many miles out of our way to go to this location because of the quality & service. We adore the morning crew,... especially Tammy & Lydia. They always go above and beyond and are incredibly friendly. People say the speed of service is slowhere, but we have never had an issue. Is there a line sometimes, yes, there is only one side of the drive through open so thiswill happen, but over the past couple months their pace has definitely picked up and we never have an issue getting throughsmoothly and timely. Food is ALWAYS hot, no matter what we get and the Coke is always properly carbonated!! I cannot drinkcoffee so soda is my caffiene, this is a huge deal to us, we hate paying for soda that ends up tasting terrible, it kepthappening at other well known fast food chains, I can honeslty say that doesn't happen here. Can?t explain how much this restaurant has disappointed and proven customers don?t matter. Of my 5 orders, one was correct. I... ordered delivery through the app, half of my order was missing and the restaurant wouldn?t do anything to make it right. It?s9PM and the inside is closed even though business hours say it?s open, only one lane open and I?ve been waiting for 20 minutes.I?ve already seen 3 cars leave.
