This place is organized!! There is someone at the entrance just waiting to open the door for you and to find out if you ordered... online and prepaid, if so?.you get to go to the small line 1-2 people. If not, you go to the longer line with 10+ people. Iordered online, grabbed a free sample and was out of building in less than 10 minutes! The ham IS good. I haven't had for decades. Wanted some. Can't afford or need a three lb ham. Oh we have by the slice. 1 lb.... Yea! I asked if it still had that yummy crunchy glaze and was told yes. Picked up, opened, no glaze. I called and was told ithad melted into the ham. So won't get again. Not that good! My mother in law used to get regularly and I adored it with thatglaze. Read more

I am writing on behalf of my mother-in-law. She has always loved the Honey Baked Ham stores and is always pleased with their... meals. She is in her late 80's and has a hard time carrying the ham through the store and to her car. Thankfully, Sandra came toher rescue, gave her a big hug, and carried the ham out to her car.
