Seriously ridiculous. I used to work in fast food, so I try to be understanding, however there gets to be a point where there is... no excuse. Ordered online to prevent drive though lines, they closed the lobby, called 5 times with no answer, forced to gothrough the drive through and overall wait 45 minutes for cold food. They didn?t even get my order right. Save your time andmoney. Read more

Literally drive the extra 3 miles down Bellview and south on wads and you have a better Taco bell. I almost always have to wait... about 5 minutes per order at this location and that's an average. I've sat for hours in this drive through waiting for food.Worst crew I have ever encountered. The one on wads and Crestline is way faster, friendlier, and the food is made way better. Read more

This review is for the location at 5041 s Jellison way in Littleton Colorado. Since I received no response from the complaint I... made on the corporate website, perhaps someone will respond to this. I was unfortunate enough to be near this taco bell a fewweeks back and got in line at the drive through. Little did I know that I would be stuck in that line for 65 minutes with no wayof getting out because it's one lane and cars were behind me. No reason for the delay was given once I finally reached thewindow and to make matters worse, they told me they were out of crunch wraps which was my wife's dinner. They didn't even offerto make her something else! The poor customer service from the teenager at the window was frightening. She told me "don't blameme, I don't make the food" when I asked her about the delay. I asked for the managers name and number and it was written down, handed to me and window shut. No apology nothing. I don't understand the 60 minutes for fast food with only 5 cars ahead of me.Someone could have come out and said something so that we could have a choice to leave. And at the very least, someone couldhave come out to tell us that my wife would not be getting what she ordered because they were out. Poor poor poor customerservice and awful wait times! This place has a real hard time getting the orders correct, they're service is super slow and the workers are very absent... minded. One worker in particular, a young girl with bright red hair was super rude to my daughter when she complimented her haircolor. Unimpressed with this place for sure. Read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I literally just sat right in front of the order speaker for 20 mins without anyone taking my... order. This is supposed to be fast food. I could have sat down at a restaurant and waited less time than this. What is wrongwith this location??? Absolute worst service ever. Waited 40 minutes in drive thru. When I get to the window the girl doesn't even know what my drinks... were. My order was missing 2 items. Tacos tasted bad, oil they're fried in is rancid. Understaffed, poor service, several familymembers had to go get other food. Don't waste your time Read more

Update... they have now closed the lobby so your only choice at this location is to sit in line for 25 minutes. I'm not sure who... the franchise owner is but they need to get a handle on the mess this store has sadly become ....Ordered a bean a cheese burritoand got this, not to mention the two other items they left out of my order.
