I went in to pickup an online order and the sweet lady working there (I regret not getting her name) greeted me with the biggest... smile on her face, quite frankly if made my day a little better. On top of that, this is absolutely one of the best subwaysandwiches I?ve ever had. Read more

OK, Subway does not have the greatest sub in town, but it's good, fresh food. What I do like is the online ordering service,... it has been flawless in my experience, the orders have been correct and right on time. The text message that your order is readyis appreciated. The people working at the Arapahoe location have been very friendly and helpful. I always leave some $ in thetip jar. Read more

My son really wanted Subway, so we stopped at this location. While the guys working there were friendly, the ingredients were... seriously lacking in freshness. The bread was really stale and dry, like it had been sitting out overnight. My lettuce had a lotof mushy brown spots and the cucumbers were all dried out. This is definitely the worst sandwich I?ve ever had from Subway andI?ve been going to them since the 90?s! Quality has really gone downhill. Hands down the worst Subway I've ever been to. So bad, it made me want to avoid Subway all together from now on. Placed online... order for pick up. Got there at pick up time, employee was cleaning, didn't even bother to look up to greet me. When I finallycalled for their attention, my order wasn't ready at all, and asked us to come back later. Come back later, got home with ourfood and literally EVERY sandwich was wrong! Like not even CLOSE to what we ordered wrong. Never again. Read more

Always out of something. Once, they were out of bread, another time out of veggies. How does that even happen. Who does... inventory? This was at around 11:00am and noon. You think they would be stocked up. Then went to get soda and it shot outeverywhere because they didn't put the nozzles back on. They need to hire people who know what they are doing. However, the newguy was very nice and seemed to be trying his best. Seemed nervous, but I was very satisfied with his service. He is the onlyreason I am giving 2 stars. Read more

After a long break from going to this Subway location because of extremely poor service and bad experiences, we gave it a try... again last week because we were told it was under new management. What an improvement!! The employees were friendly, helpful,efficient and nice. They made good sandwiches with decent amounts of meat and the restaurant was clean. It's nice to have thislocation back as an option because it's closest to our house. Read more
