Just my take on this place from a distance. There is no ownership taking "ownership" over the reviews. Review negativity all... you want, there is no care in the world to fix it. Looks like they are taking us for granted, and there are plenty of sandwichshops in town. Read more
If you?re going to hire new people, make sure they have proper listening skills.
Staff is always friendly. Staff does seem to be a bit quiet but not in a rude way. Never had an issue and come quite frequently!... They always swap out the veggies for me when it's near the bottom too without asking which is very nice! Read more
This restaurant seems to take cash only about 15 minutes prior to closing time. Twice we have gone in before closing,... everything is wrapped up and as soon as we say what we'd like, the response is we can take cash only, blaming the computersystem. Ever hear of manual entry to a credit card. I work in food and these are the type of employees and can cause storeclosings!! Granted we are two sandwiches and side orders, but how many before me and after me experience the same outcome?? You build a business one guest at a time or kill it, one guest at a time!! "Have a good night, have a good night" was theresponse from the most ungifted person behind the counter! I can tell you that my reviews are read and hopefully any laterevening patrons will read this and stay clear of this place. At least one thing always wrong. These last couple of times that we have ordered they have gotten the bread on our sandwiches... swapped but this was even worse. We had different breads and put on the wrong toppings on the sandwiches. Read more
Visited this Subway at 2 in the afternoon - there was no one behind the counter, and when the guys came out from the back room,... they seemed irritated I was there. The two guys weren't friendly, etc. but they did make my wrap as I requested, but then theyannoyed me further by making me use the tap feature during the checkout - at which a screen popped up asking me if I wanted toleave a 15%, 20%, or 25 % tip - I didn't want to leave any tip for two guys who'd hardly speak to me or look at me in the fewmoments they were interacting with me, but somehow, without me intending to, I left them a 15% tip that showed up on my Visacard. It irks me I gave them a tip without wanting to and all for insolent service - I won't be back. Read more
