This is the first time that this location has disappointed. Brought my own Starbucks branded tumbler, and it was simply left... sitting on the counter after I specifically requested it be used instead of a paper cup. No real problem there, miscommunicationhappens, it very well could have been something on my end. Regardless, I was waiting on the second half of my order for thebetter part of 20 minutes after being served my coffee (I get it - backups happen), I was told that my chocolate croissant was"going to be right out". This was followed by a complete lack of communication from the employee I asked for help to to theperson managing the toaster oven. I waited another 5 minutes, and left, as I had to be back at work within the next fewminutes. Fastest Starbucks I?ve ever stopped at. Our drinks and food were made perfectly.
This is a nice Starbucks location that is fairly busy but always has prompt and friendly service. There is a drive thru as well... as ample room inside for working/reading/hanging out. Read more
Today when I went through the drive through Aiden greeted me and took my order and then greeted me again when I was grabbing my... coffee at the window. He was so warm you could feel his smile through the speaker and then I got to see his smile at thewindow. He was very friendly! I did not have cash but I was trying to figure out a way to tip him because I just reallyappreciated his energy. He said don?t worry about it they pay us really well. OMG! Who says that but an extremely happyemployee!. He inspired me so much that I bought the drink for the lady behind me. Thank you Aiden for being awesome! Read more
Review updated to reflect employees are now not parking in the first parking spots next to the store. Thanks! Employees should... be parking at the rear of the lot but they take up the prime parking spots daily forcing the in and out customers to waste time. Read more
Normally, the service is slow but decent. The staff is usually friendly. Today, they were rude, got my drink wrong twice and... then when they finally did get it right, the drink was 1/4 drink and 3/4 foam. See the pictures below- after the foam subsided.I haven't even had a sip yet. I asked if there was even anything in it and she just walked away. Disappointing. Won't be back tothis location. Relatively quiet, not a lot of tables and they are too close together. Staff was nice and friendly and remember your name. New... cloud cold brew cinnamon macchiato...Pretty, I had to add more sweetener, my preference. Read more
