Road-tripping Georgia to Colorado and today we start our journey home. So we stopped for coffee something we?ve done several... times on this drive and this was by far the only exceptional experience which was made by the young lady that assisted us at thedrive thru. Repeat visit. This location is always clean, friendly, and rarely makes an order mistake. They are very well trained.
This is my neighborhood store, so I have been there quite a few times. The Baristas are always pleasant & friendly. They keep... the drive thru line moving, which I appreciate because I am perpetually running late. My drinks have always been exactly asordered. I am a drive thru only girl, so I can't tell you anything about the inside of the store but, I would venture a guessthat it is nice as well. Emily & Kyle are seriously the best. I mean everyone is amazing at this location don?t get me wrong but I really love getting my... morning coffee with my wife & dogs when they?re working. Every time I go see them at their store they?re always smiling. Workingin customer service is so insanely hard & people?s expectations are ridiculous but they?re always on point. Unfortunately after giving this Starbucks a few chances I just can't justify going to this location anymore. Whether it be a 30... minute wait inside to just get through the order line, my girlfriends coffee being made twice without soy leading to stomachproblems for the night or now paying 6 bucks and getting a cup of foam it just isn't worth it. Although this Starbucks does getmy order right from time to time, their prices are much too high for me to hope in a 50% chance that my drink will be correct.With 3 Starbucks being just five extra minutes away I'll go to one of those before this one again. I hope they can improve theircondition as this Starbucks has a wonderfully done interior and is in a decently central location. Read more
Probably the fastest Starbucks I?ve been. Nitro cold brew here. High caffeine with a smooth finish. No other Starbucks in the... area has this drink. Clean restrooms and Comcast Xfinity WiFi.. been way more reliable then the att they used to have. Read more
Was not greeted or acknowledged at the counter for an uncomfortable couple minutes while 6 employees were busy cleaning and... operating drive thru - the 2 nearest me were intentionally not addressing me and they were 2 feet away scrubbing a piece ofequipment - worst experience in a while - entire staff should be replaced - I would have thought the new tip software wouldimprove moral ? I was finally waited on by a very kind and friendly person who I assume was the shift manager- when she firstsaw me she looked at the scene with surprise and immediately asked to help me - so thank you for that and good luck with yourstaff - maybe uniforms ?
