Every time I go to Starbucks I try and make it to this location! It?s the best one near me. Staff is always super duper friendly... and they?ve never messed up my order before, even when I order weird drinks. 10/10 would recommend everyone go here. I wish thedrive thru line was longer/more accommodating for the location since I block traffic sometimes just to get in line, butobviously that isn?t something the workers can do anything about. Came in around 4 to get a simple order, cashier didn't get a single drink correctly, neglected to give me my entire order... forcing me to turn around, just to laugh and giggle in my face about it. Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks to come to. The drive thru is always super fast and service is great!
Employees are nice and hardworking! The people who come to this location to ?study or work? on their laptops are often heard... complaining loudly about ?how loud it is?. Heads up this is not a location for you if you want to ?sit on your laptop?. Had avery rude interaction with a lady who looked like a nurse in dark blue here today. Hopefully she?s nicer to the people she workswith!! These poor employees don?t have the power to shut off the online ordering app themselves, so when they?re short staffedand forced to close the lobby- the location gets to be a driving and walking hazard. I witnessed three people get into caraccidents- they were all friendly but obviously brought on by the chaos of the Starbucks employees unable to manage their ownapps. These people work extremely hard and their company doesn?t help them out at all and it makes the customers frustrated. Read more
My daughter and I treat Ourselves 1x a week and get the same drinks at every location- which always taste consistent. NOT THE... CASE at this location. We get the pink drink and dragon drink?. They tasted like straight coconut milk with a few berries. Iasked For light ice- and the cup was so full of ice that the berries were dry and gross. I never Knew they weren?t fresh berriesuntil yesterday? As a single, hard working mom, I?m Super disappointed that our over $5/each drinks were a sip of coconut milk.We were the only people in line and now I know why. I stop by here on my way to work early in the morning just as many do. I've never had any issues what so ever, the staff is... always welcoming and cheerful given the time in the morning. This time around was totally different. As I pulled to the drivethru window the young lady came to the window letting me know an item that I had ordered was still frozen and if I wantedsomething else? As I told her my selection she seemed upset, agitated and rude. I know we all have our days but this is notwhat customers should have to deal with this early in the morning. I don?t like the drive thru location at this store, it?s small and gets crowded easily. I don?t have a problem going inside and... service is always fast and friendly. Read more
