The person who designed these benches should have to be the one that cleans them. People are nice here, but cleaning is not a... strong point. We were the first ones in at the beginning of the day the other day, there was not one clean table, all hadcrumbs, and the bench is disgusting. I realize this is hard to clean, the design in horrible, but over all this location seemsconsistently dirty. I thought it was often because they were busy, but when you are the first customers of the day, youwouldn?t expect all the tables to be dirty. Read more
My $10 burger was the size of a wendy's jr cheeseburger. I got indigestion so bad off the mushroom burger I half think something... was bad. I can get a burger double the size with fries for the same price at chili's. The $4 fries were cold to the touch andyou only get a handful, if that. My first and last time eating here. Not over the top friendly like usual but staff was polite. Jake took my order, polite and even offered me a water cup since I... did not purchase a drink. First and last time here! The cashier was wonderful, not sure of the name but he was a young blonde haired gentleman. We got our... food fast but had an issue. One of the burgers tasted bad, like the meat was going bad or had soap on it or had something on itthat it shouldn't have. When we said something they offered to cook something else or a milkshake. Once you get that bad tastein your mouth you really don't want anything else from there. We politely said "No Thank You"! Not once after that did theyoffer to refund the one out of four burgers, the girl just walked away from us. Very disappointed! Once a customer refuses anyof your other food, it would have been nice to offer a refund. Read more

Used to love smash burger but we won't be returning after this last experience. We waited in line for about 15 minutes and then... had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. It seemed as though the staff couldn't handle the business that was coming in. When we got our food I truly couldn't believe anyone would ever serve food in this condition. The hamburger patties wereincredible small, the cheese was so burnt it was black and crispy. The entire thing was a complete mess. When we tried to havesomeone assist us in getting new food made, the staff were either too busy while others were too busy talking to each other. Wedid get good that was away least edible but it was the worst experience I have ever had. Other customers were just walking outafter being in line for 20 minutes. Overall it just seemed as though no one really cared at all about service or food quality. Read more
Only giving three stars since the cashier was great. We ordered two burgers to go and should have checked them before leaving.... Both of them were made wrong and they gave us the wrong sauce on the side. I wish I had checked other reviews first and gonesomewhere else. Read more
