I've normally kept quiet when I pick up my order from here and others are complaining about the service, but I had the worst... experience tonight. Ordered online and was surprised pickup was only for 15-27 minutes after order on a Friday night. I come inat the 27 minute mark and there's an elderly gentleman who was told his order wasn't ready. He asked for his money back. Thenext guy in front of me was told it would be 15 more minutes. I was also told that my online order would be another 15 minutes.I then saw 5 more customers come in and be told their order would be delayed. I went back into the restaurant 15 minutes later,and my order was ready. I came home and start to eat the mozzarella sticks and they were ice cold on the inside and the breadingwasn't crispy at all. We also had to put the pizza in our oven to finish cooking. If I wanted this experience I would havetraveled a few miles down the road and picked up something from Papa Murphys. Fix your online ordering platform and userealistic pickup times. Don't cut corners to catch up or you'll put out a terrible product. Absolute disgraceful experience atSaucy's tonight. Read more
Stromboli with American cheese!?!? Why would anyone do that? This isn?t the only thing odd (terrible) about the Stromboli at... Saucy?s Pizza. The dough is like cardboard, the shape, construction and the size are all attributes that are unlike anyStromboli I have ever had. More like a Calzone, but not quite that either. I can?t recommend the Stromboli, the dough andyellow cheese like substance really cheapens the experience. American Cheese doesn?t belong ANYWHERE in an Italian restaurant!In reality it shouldn?t be called cheese at all, and shouldn?t be eaten either. However, that is a separate rant. MAYBE othermenu items at Saucy?s are better. Let?s hope. Read more
Wish this place was like before but today's experience was terrible. My salad had a hair in it,my daughter received the wrong... pasta and when the correct one came it was cold and had a bad taste. Our waitress kept saying things were just so busy though wewere the only ones there. Restaurant dining room and bathrooms need to be cleaned up. Doubtful we'll ever be back. Read more
Waitress was idk rude or not in a good mood. Didn't refill the drink or check on us. I understand it's busy a short staff. But... there's a way to be professional and keep a good attitude. Good was good though. Read more

Great tasting pizza but an awful flavorless crust. We had the Kitchen Sink Pizza which was loaded with amazing toppings but Once... we got to the cardboard-tasting crust, we just had to throw it in the trash. What a shame! I LOVE crust! If Saucy?s could getthat under control, it would be a 5 star place. Read more
Our favorite local Italian restaurant! We have great success with both eat in and delivery. Not too expensive and very tasty. I... prefer the eggplant parmigiana. Mom likes the raviolis. You can add the garlic bread and Greek salad for a great addition. Theyprovide alcohol and provide me mostly soda water with a bit of Sprite. The servers are very nice and respectful. The restaurantis Clean and bright and open. We usually have pizza when having delivery and Love the vegetarian options. Read more
