I placed an Uber eats order for the 1st time. I ordered a chocolate milk shake that wasn't even a full glass. It looked like... someone drank 1/3 of it. The Salad I ordered should have come with an apple vinaigrette , but got 1 small Balsamic vinaigretteinstead. Very disappointed. Read more

What a nasty manager. I tried to do them a favor by ordering directly through their website. Got there. Much later than my order... was ready and all he could tell me was well, It didn't print out so I don't see it and then walked away. I had to pull up myphone and prove that I paid for it before they would make my food. Everybody go ahead and just order through third party sites Iguess. Read more
Two separate occasions I?ve been given the wrong sandwich while ordering in the drive thru. Customer service has been great but... I have diet issues now and I can?t just eat salami/ pepperoni etc without fear of the coming hours I don?t understand how youget ?classic Italian?from ?traditional?. Read more
These guys make excellent hot subs. Consistently great. I'm not sure why Quiznos locations around the country have shut down...... but it's very clear why this one is still standing. Excellent service by the staff. My favorite is the Peppercorn Steak sub. Read more

Although the staff was nice... I visited this Quiznos with excitement since I know many are closing. My husband and I for years... have LOVED the Chicken Carbonara sandwich. I ordered 2 /12" sandwiches with Extra carbonara sauce. 1 sandwich with mushrooms. 1without mushrooms. Both with Lettuce and 2 bags of chips, no drinks. To say that I was disappointed was an understatement. WhenI got home BOTH my husband and I noticed the blandness of the sauce. There was absolutely NO "zing" to it. We had to add saltand pepper to it because of the missing flavor. On top of that, we had to dispose of most of the chicken inside of it. It tastedgummy and fatty. There were pieces in there that were soo chewy, I had to stop chewing halfway through it just to dispose of it.I'm highly disappointed and more so that I paid EXTRA for the sauce. I want a full refund, but this location is 30 minutes awayfrom where I reside. Never going back there again. Read more
