Highly recommend this place to anyone. Their pho broth tastes clean and is not overwhelming with herbal flavor like other... places. Recommend trying their Vietnamese sausage fried rice as well. It brings back childhood memory of this fried rice when Iwas living in Malaysia. The service has been exceptional the past few times coming here; our server was consistently attentiveand friendly. I had a medium meatball pho and fried pork spring rolls to go. Obviously it?s better to sit down and eat it but I?ve been eating... pho for over 10 years and pho Broadway definitely takes the cake you?re getting real authentic pho here not beef bouillon andwater. We ordered delivery through GrubHub. Everything was packaged well for delivery. We weren't missing anything and everything... arrived hot. We ordered a large rare steak and flank pho with extra noodles and bean sprouts. We could have spilt the largewithout the extras! Awesome portions. The broth was good, not the best we have ever had but still very good. Fresh basil, lime,sliced jalapeños, and bean sprouts came in a separate bag to keep them fresh. We also ordered the pork and shrimp springrolls. Very delicious and nice large wraps. The peanut sauce had a nice spice to it and was delicious. The crab and cheesewontons, and the fried dumplings were also very good. We personally prefer steamed dumplings which they don't make, but thefried ones were very good. Read more
Good food, good service, limited parking. They do a lot of take out business and don't skimp on anything. ???? Very clean and... Covid cautious. The crab cheese wontons and Vietnamese spring rolls were crispy delights. Pho was great and if you haven't triedtheir Avocado shake, you're in for a treat, added boba for a chewy bonus. It's mildly sweet, but oh, so smooth. I had my firstat another Thai place, where I learned it's a popular refreshing drink in the 100°/ 100% humid jungles. Prices are averagewith the market, but since May started charging an extra $1 for any meat dish to reflect the higher supplier costs. Best in Colorado! When it comes to reviewing Pho places, we take pride in local places that turn out to be great! We have had... Pho from Vietnam to Florida to all of Colorado. Pho Broadway, is a quaint dine-in or take-out restaurant that we have beenordering from once a week, for months now. The broth is amazing, but the decor is clean and comfy, and the patrons are veryfriendly and take pride in their food. I am partial to the grilled meats with rice or noodles. The quality is outstanding andpresentation is gorgeous. Fresh everything. Take out orders are just as beautifully plated as dine-in dishes. We at the customerservice department found our local Pho spot and we are so happy! Read more
Pretty decent combination rice noodle bowl with a fish sauce on the sweeter side. I actually wasn't really a fan of the grilled... shrimp, but the other accompaniments were good. By preference, I would list the accompaniments by the beef, pork, egg roll(perfectly fried!), chicken, and then shrimp. My partner's rare steak and brisket pho had very tender meat, but the broth couldbe more flavorful. Staff was very friendly and felt well cared for. Read more
