This place gets pretty bad reviews but I just want to say that I had a pretty enjoyable experience. My order took about an hour... to get to me but everything was yummy and fairly warm. No complaints from me :) Read more
They indicated a 30-minute delivery it's been over an hour and still waiting. They said they didn't have any delivery drivers... and have to use doordash. That's fine I think just being more honest in the delivery estimations would be appropriate. Iwouldn't go back here it's not worth the money or the time. Read more
This store needs some serious work. I placed an order for delivery to my house at 7:15 through the app. Just got the delivery at... 8:45. I tried calling the store 8-10 times only to have the line hung up on every time I tried. I finally got a hold of someoneat 8:30 and he just said ?sorry, we?re busy?. I totally get it. Times are tough, but I?m at a loss for what to do. I get it, Iordered food on a Saturday night, so I expect places to be busy, but to get the food 90 mins late and for it to be cold ispretty frustrating. And absolutely 0 communication with the store. This will be the last time I order from this location. Theseguys just need help. Don?t blame the kids working there?they?re doing their best. Upper management needs to fix things on theirend. Maybe disabling orders through the app, or not letting you select a delivery time would help prevent disgruntled customers. Read more
This location has poorly trained and dishonest staff. I and my wife have attempted to order from this location on multiple... occasions. They lie about the status of orders. On one occasion they threw a pizza on our driveway and never told it wasdelivered after a two hour wait. We will never use Pappa John's again. Read more

I ordered 4 garlic sauce and when my pizza arrived all of the garlic sauce was open and spilled all over the pizza making it... very soggy. The pizza was also cold so not sure how long it sat before they delivered it. Read more
