Walk in with not a single customer in front of myself or in line and not a single employee acknowledges that your there for 3... minutes. Go to order the food and orange chicken and teriyaki chicken all out and won't be ready for 5-10 minutes. All thisgoing on while one car is in the drive-through and two customers sitting down eating. Received the wrong order TWICE. Every table was dirty. The broccoli was mushy and I'm not even sure how to describe the honey... walnut shrimp. Very little honey flavor and the coating on the shrimp just fell off of it. Not sure if that's from beingsoggy, overcooked or what. I ALWAYS order the same thing when I go into Panda Express and this was the worst I have everexperienced at any Panda Express in the U.S. Should I have complained to management? If could give 0 stars I would they are so rude here! I can?t speak on the food because I didn?t end up ordering anything. Morgan... D. has zero customer service my husband asked if he could order half chow mein and fried rice And she told him ?no we?re allout? and rolled her eyes he politely told her he would wait. They weren?t out they were making some fresh. In the past when wecame to Panda they would make something if they ran out. This was at 7 pm so they weren?t close to closing. I would understandif they didn't want to make fresh food because they were getting ready to close.I will never come here again! Avoid thislocation the one in Belmar is better! Read more
This is not a great location. It?s a mess, both in the staff, and the actual restaurant. We have been multiple times and every... visit we have been disappointed. The staff does not care as they rush and sloppily put together the food. They often give halfportions of everything unless you point it out, and the food is messy and thrown together. They push when you order, oftencutting you off mid order like they want to be done. The dining area is always a unclean and we never have found a cleared offplace to sit. The only reason they are getting two stars is because at lest the food is usually decent. Unfortunately, this isnot the location to visit. Read more
6 people working and were not taking drive thru orders, instead requesting everyone come inside. Three people filling orders at... the counter, why not have 2 do whichever side is busier and 1 do the other? Guy cashing people out at the register also couldntcare less about what people were asking him for because he had his air pods in. Music more important than the guest, got themessage loud and clear. This is maybe the 5th time I go and we are not given utensils, other times have been fine because we just take it home and eat,... but today we literally used the straws as chopsticks, no napkins, the girl did not wanted to take my 100 bill which I understandand gave her smaller bills still asked to round it and I was ok fine. We at the park eating this and I had to eat eat my handbecause I only got 3 straw for 4 drinks. Read more
After going to another Panda Express that was about 13 min ago the customer service comparison is EXTREMELY BIG. The lady at the... drive thru Makayla was her name if I?m not mistaken, she had an amazingly big patience even with the time I took to order andhelped me throughout everything. Definitely the number 1 customer service if I could leave a tip or more than 5 stars itwould?ve been done. Read more
